Moss Tan, a former Ambassador-at-Large for International Criminal Justice who is currently under an exit ban in South Korea, stated in an interview with The Epoch Times Korea that "a people-led counter-revolution is emerging in response to the rapid communization taking place in Korea."

Wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the words "K-revolution," the former ambassador explained, "It may sound shocking to many people in the U.S., but President Trump was right," adding, "A revolution and a purge were underway in Korea, and the counter-revolutionary movement taking place at Olympic Park and across the nation is a hopeful response to the coup that has occurred in Korea."

This remark refers to what former President Donald Trump stated on Truth Social hours before his bilateral meeting with Lee Jae-myung on August 25 of last year: "What on earth is happening in Korea? It seems like a revolution or a purge is taking place."

In the interview, the former ambassador strongly criticized the National Election Commission and the South Korean judiciary.

He condemned the Korean judiciary for "not collecting evidence, examining the essence of the cases, or rendering rational judicial judgments, but instead blocking investigations at the source and dismissing cases without judging the merits."

He further remarked that it is "absurd" for the Korean judiciary to label his statements as baseless, false claims.

Referring to his visit to Korea in 2025 as part of an international election observation mission and his release of a subsequent report, as well as his work as an election fraud observer this year, Tan said that while he would have been happy to say "the elections were fair, free, honest, and transparent," he instead "saw the opposite, and there were far too many signs of it."

He added, "The mainstream media wants to call me an election fraud conspiracy theorist, but at this point, they would have to label the entire populace that way, because the majority of citizens now know that election fraud actually occurred, and that they are being robbed of their country and are suffering as a result."

Tan asserted that the shortage of ballots at over 140 polling stations was a clear act of election interference and fraud. "This phenomenon was particularly concentrated in conservative-leaning regions and constituencies in Korea," he explained.

Furthermore, he added, "There are all kinds of fake ballots, and the electronic voting system is so vulnerable that even the National Intelligence Service, in its own mock hacking tests, confirmed that the election system is failing and highly susceptible to external interference."

Tan also stated, "It is known that Wang Huning, a top-ranking official of the Chinese Communist Party, worked with Han Fangming, who has been involved in operations targeting Korea. Election fraud is spreading globally along the paths of the 'Belt and Road' initiative."

He further claimed that since the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) is located in Korea, "the reality of what is happening is that they are exporting the tools of election fraud to the rest of the world."

Describing current events at Olympic Park as "people guarding ballot boxes and demanding that a fair election be held again," Tan explained that they are calling for measures such as single-day paper balloting and transparent voting processes.

He further emphasized that insiders from the National Election Commission are coming forward to expose misconduct, stating, "They are not election fraud conspiracy theorists, but witnesses who have seen the election fraud themselves."

He argued that election fraud has persisted for 24 years, with the country being ruined in various ways throughout that period, claiming that such fraud occurred as far back as 2002.

When asked what Korea must do for a fair election, the former ambassador suggested the dissolution of the National Election Commission and A-WEB, asserting that "citizens should manage elections themselves."

Regarding the claim that Korean Air flights bound for Arizona carried fake IDs and ballots, and when asked if there is verifiable evidence, Tan replied that "this information is based on a public report released by former FBI official Kash Patel."

Regarding the allegation that Michigan state data was remotely deleted from Seongnam, Korea, Tan cited as evidence the lawsuit filed by Mike Lindell in Colorado during the 2020 presidential election.

In that lawsuit, Lindell presented IP data, which included an IP address located at the Seongnam Sports Complex.

Tan stated that evidence related to the election fraud has already been provided to the Department of Justice and is also available to the public via the website www.election-fraud.com.

When asked about allegations concerning the past actions of President Lee Jae-myung, Tan stated, "I maintain my existing position, and in fact, I have secured new materials."

He said, "The data is vast," adding, "I would say it has further solidified my conviction regarding the matter," though no further specific details were included in the interview video.

Tan encouraged Korean citizens to look for the materials themselves, including those related to A-WEB, saying they would then see what has truly happened. He emphasized, "The facts uncovered by Korean patriots are all true."

Regarding the citizens gathering daily at Olympic Park to chant slogans, he said, "It has become very clear that they are fighting to ensure the will of the people is properly expressed in elections. Many Koreans have awakened and are literally gathering from all over the country... they are coming to fight for a republic built upon a constitution and for representative democracy."

Tan stated, "On one side, the Chinese Communist Party and North Korea pose a grave threat, while on the other side, domestic radical leftists are communizing this country, destroying the rule of law, and trying to hand over the 'Miracle on the Han River' as prey to North Korea and the Chinese Communist Party." He added, "This is a real hybrid war and unrestricted warfare being waged against the people of South Korea, and the citizens are fighting back strongly, bravely, persistently, and tenaciously to protect their country."

He added, "I offer my respect and praise for that. This is a historic time when communists think they can finally seize and destroy this country, but the Korean people are bravely fighting against it."

Noting that the Republic of Korea stands at a crossroads, Tan said, "Will the Republic of Korea be communized? Or will it remain a republic built on the Constitution for the sake of justice, truth, and freedom?" He concluded, "The Korean people are fighting courageously and brilliantly to protect the republic established upon the Constitution."
