The White House announced on Saturday night (19th) that the U.S. military carried out an airstrike targeting a terrorist organization involved in drug trafficking.
The White House added, "Intelligence agencies confirmed that the vessel was trafficking illegal drugs and attempting to poison Americans," and that "three male drug terrorists were killed in this airstrike."
The video released this time offers two resolutions, one of which appears to have been filmed from a satellite.

President Donald Trump also shared the video on Truth Social, stating, "At my direction, the Secretary of the Department of War ordered a lethal physical attack on a vessel belonging to a designated terrorist organization engaged in drug trafficking within the area of responsibility of Southern Command."
President Trump explained, "Intelligence agencies confirmed that the vessel was trafficking illegal drugs and was proceeding through channels known for drug trafficking to poison Americans."
He added, "There were no U.S. military casualties in this attack. Stop selling fentanyl, drugs, and illegal substances in America, and stop violence and terror against Americans!!!"
This airstrike is the third in September alone, following those on Tuesday the 2nd and Monday the 15th.
The airstrike precisely hit the transport vessel in a single strike, leading to it emitting smoke and burning.
However, the Venezuelan government claims these vessels do not belong to drug trafficking organizations and has requested an investigation by the UN into the sinking incident by the U.S. military.
Perhaps due to this, while President Trump claimed in the previous two attacks that the vessels attacked by the U.S. military belonged to Venezuelan drug cartels, his post on this day did not mention the country's name, only stating they belonged to a "designated terrorist organization."
