The People Power Party filed a complaint with the police on the 2nd against Moon Jung-ki, the special prosecutor investigating allegations related to First Lady Kim Keon-hee, and Chae Hee-man, the chief investigator of the special prosecution team, on charges of abuse of power and others.
The People Power Party claims that the search and seizure of the party's membership registry by the Moon Jung-ki special prosecution team on the 19th of last month, for the purpose of investigating the recruitment of members who are members of the Unification Church, was illegal.
