First Lady Kim Keon-hee has conveyed a message of gratitude to her supporters from detention.

On the 3rd, her attorney, Yoo Jung-hwa, shared remarks made by the First Lady during their meeting on the 2nd via social media (SNS). 

According to attorney Yoo, the First Lady said, "I do not think I would have been able to endure this long, dark tunnel if it were not for your letters and support," adding, "Please have a happy Chuseok holiday. I will also always pray for all of you." 

The First Lady denied all charges related to her case during her first trial on the 24th of last month.
