"President Yoon Suk Yeol, who was legitimately elected, is being treated like a prisoner awaiting execution in solitary confinement, just like President Bolsonaro of Brazil!"
This statement was made by former International Criminal Court Ambassador Mostan on Wednesday, the 5th, at the 'CPAC Circle Member Summit' held at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida. This event, organized for CPAC's key leaders and influential supporters, was part of the 'CPAC Circle Retreat and Gala,' where President Donald Trump, key public officials currently leading the federal administration, and major financiers from the MAGA camp gathered to discuss the future direction of the American conservative movement.
Ambassador Tan's remarks came during a panel discussion on Thursday morning moderated by CPAC Co-Chair Mercedes Schlapp. The panel included Eduardo Bolsonaro, the third son of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who is currently in exile in the United States, and he spoke about the suppression of his father in Brazil.
Immediately after being briefed on the situation in Brazil, Chairwoman Schlapp addressed Ambassador Tan, saying, "It seems people are unaware of the persecution happening in South Korea," and added, "I believe what they did to the former president of South Korea has caused tremendous instability in a once-strong democratic nation."
Ambassador Tan began his response by saying, "That's right. This is exactly what happened in Brazil."
He stated, "President Yoon of South Korea is a legitimately elected president, yet he is confined to solitary confinement in an environment similar to a death row cell. This is exactly like the situation where his father (Bolsonaro) was imprisoned."
Ambassador Tan commented, "I believe President Trump did an excellent job by imposing high tariffs of 50% on Brazil and sanctioning Brazilian Supreme Court justices," adding, "Similar measures are needed in South Korea in this fight that is currently happening globally. Taking over South Korea would be a particularly valuable achievement for both the Chinese Communist Party and North Korea."
Ambassador Tan explained that if mainland China and North Korea take control of South Korea, it would lead to the collapse of the right flank of the first island chain, paving the way for China's invasion of Taiwan. He warned, "North Korea invading and occupying South Korea could be the beginning of World War III. The risk is by no means small."
During the subsequent Q&A session, questions were raised about religious persecution in South Korea and about citizens who were investigated by the police after welcoming Ambassador Mostan at the airport during his visit to South Korea.
Ambassador Tan revealed, "Six of the world's ten largest churches are in South Korea, and South Korea sends the second-highest number of missionaries abroad after the United States," and stated, "For the first time in South Korean history, the Lee Jae-myung administration has searched and seized the world's largest church, Yoido Full Gospel Church, and the world's largest Baptist church led by Reverend Kim Jang-hwan, referred to as Korea's Billy Graham. They also arrested Reverend Son Hyun-bo, who led the 'Save Korea' movement."

He further explained that during his visit to South Korea, a large crowd welcomed him, voicing their pleas for help from the United States, and that the crowd was "larger than those welcoming BTS or sports teams." He added, "Despite the peaceful nature of the event, the South Korean government labeled it a public disturbance, investigated 600 people, and prosecuted several of them."
Ambassador Tan stated, "A rapid, authoritarian communization of the previous kind is happening in South Korea at an incredible pace."
He emphasized, "We in America must recognize this fact sooner and show our willingness to intervene. I also believe it is important to point out that President Lee Jae-myung is a fake, illegal, and fraudulent president due to election fraud."
Ambassador Tan mentioned the US-Korea trade negotiations, stating that Lee Jae-myung stabbed Trump in the back.
"Despite agreeing to meet with President Trump on August 25th to reach an agreement, he repeatedly stabbed President Trump in the back. He immediately returned to South Korea and said, 'Oh, am I crazy? I won't make such a deal with this guy Trump.'"
Ambassador Tan explained that while President Trump, who visited South Korea for the APEC event, stated that an agreement had been reached with the Lee Jae-myung administration, the content of the agreement publicly released by President Trump immediately after the agreement was completely different from what the Lee Jae-myung side announced.
Ambassador Tan directly stated, "This is because this person is a con artist. He is a dictator, a black hole of power, absorbing all influence into his throne."
He remarked, "Imagine that a communist unification of Korea could be achieved through the southern part of South Korea. It is shocking, but true."
Ambassador Tan also described the reality of South Korean law enforcement, which tolerates protesters defacing the US flag but cracks down on those who tear the Chinese flag. He also mentioned the current anti-American South Korean regime referring to South Korea as part of China and Lee Jae-myung's remarks calling the US Forces in Korea an occupying force.
He reiterated his warning that China is engaged in a "Chicken War" globally, and if South Korea, in particular, falls, we will witness World War III.
He concluded by stating that if the "Chicken War" is won in South Korea, it could usher in a new era where freedom, democracy, and justice prevail globally, led by the United States, the greatest nation in world history.

The event, which focused on "Leadership, Freedom, and the Future of America," kicked off on Tuesday evening with the attendance of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry.
This CPAC event is a private fundraising event organized for the leadership and influential supporters of the conservative movement, attracting top conservative leaders in the United States.
The event features prominent conservative figures such as Michael Whatley, Richard Grenell, Buck Ryan, Gordon Chang, Mike Benz, and Taylor Budowich as speakers, and President Trump is also scheduled to attend the gala dinner on Thursday evening.
The Korean Conservative Political Action Conference (KCPAC) sent a delegation of about ten representatives to this CPAC event, held from November 4th to 7th, to convey the situation in South Korea to American conservative leaders. The delegation included Honorary Chairman Annie Chan, KCPAC USA Chairman Mostan, KCPAC USA Representative Grant Newsham, KCPAC South Korea Representative Min Kyung-wook, Secretary-General Lee Kwang-seok, Senior Advisor Henry Song, Senior Advisor Andrew Kriley, Deputy Director of AFPI Fred Fleitz, former Assistant Secretary of Energy Bart Marcus, and Dr. Tara O.
