Representative Cho Gab-je. / Yonhap News.
Advisor to Korea-US Daily, Former North Korean Trading Company Representative in Czech Republic I have tried to refrain from mentioning someone like Cho Gab-je, fearing my hands and mouth would be defiled, but I will say this much. Cho Gab-je is neither a citizen nor a human being. I knew Cho Gab-je would become dirty, but I didn't realize he would become this dirty.
On the 5th, Cho Gab-je wrote the following in his article:
"Conspiracy theorists of election fraud, or 'cheating insects' for short, also become children of darkness, evading the sunlight of truth to spread lies."
"Korea's far-right are cockroaches of history that can only live in dark and dirty places."
As you can see, Cho Gab-je not only accused patriots and citizens who demand an investigation into election fraud as 'conspiracy theorists of election fraud' but also labeled them as "cheating insects," meaning fraudulent bugs.
Secondly, Cho Gab-je not only labeled Korean patriots as the far-right but also called them "dirty cockroaches."
Ultimately, Cho Gab-je has defined all citizens who oppose election fraud and impeachment, as well as the patriots who participated in the Taegeukgi rallies and the youth of the Liberty University, as cockroaches.
Indeed, what right does this person, Cho Gab-je, have to slander patriots and the public as "cheating insects" and "cockroaches"? Who in the Republic of Korea has granted him such authority?
Is this not defamation?
What makes Cho Gab-je so arrogant and insolent? How could someone who once led the nation as a journalist degenerate into someone worse than a dog?
He is truly an old man who has grown old in a dirty manner.
Some people say that Cho Gab-je was once a patriot who championed justice, but they are mistaken. He was merely perceived as righteous by criticizing the government of the Republic of Korea, but in reality, he aided the dictator of North Korea.
The anti-government riot articles Cho Gab-je wrote in newspapers during his past years, along with articles about police suppression and human rights, have served as undeniable evidence to cover up North Korea's public executions and human rights abuses, thereby making a significant contribution.
Whenever North Korea's human rights abuses were raised by the international community, including the UN, they used the newspaper evidence written by Cho Gab-je to portray the Republic of Korea as a barren land of human rights.
In other words, Cho Gab-je has always been someone who saved North Korea and pushed the Republic of Korea into a corner. Then, with just one book about President Park Chung-hee, whom he so vehemently hated and reviled, he swiftly assumed the position of patriotic conservative.
Of course, some may criticize me, but Koreans are truly foolish people who cannot distinguish between a patriot and a reactionary; they cannot even tell the difference between excrement and soybean paste. I don't know whether to call this naivety or foolishness.
If that's not the case, then if you knew that Cho Gab-je called patriots who oppose election fraud "cheating insects," meaning bad bugs, and also called patriots "dirty cockroaches," shouldn't you be enraged, clench your fists, and throw even a rotten egg?
However, no one. Not a single person or organization is stirring. What are all those conservative right-wing organizations doing? This is why someone like Cho Gab-je dares to insult the citizens and patriots of the Republic of Korea as cockroaches without hesitation and looks up at the sky fearlessly.
Are the citizens who truly worry about the safety and security of the Republic of Korea "cheating insects" and "cockroaches"?
No one has the legal right to criticize the citizens.
Cho Gab-je, kneel and apologize to the people!
