“The reason President Yoon Suk-yeol chose martial law was ultimately due to election fraud that shattered the separation of powers.”

Kim Mi-young, CEO of VON News, who investigated digital crimes of election fraud in her previous work "Fingerprints of a Hacker," has published "Understanding 'Fingerprints of a Hacker: follow_the_party' with 100 Puzzles," a complementary volume.

"Fingerprints of a Hacker" is a book that explains "follow_the_party," evidence of election fraud derived from the election result data published on the National Election Commission's website after the vote count was completed.

The "Fingerprints of a Hacker" refers to the marks left by the creators who manipulated programs. It is a string of characters hidden to be revealed when the target values of the election data are realized, designed with a special algorithm using the sequential numbers of 253 electoral districts. Alphabetical letters can be converted into numbers through ASCII codes.

Roy Kim is the one who discovered the "follow_the_party" algorithm. He derived it from data that had already been published by the National Election Commission one month after the April 15, 2020 general election.

According to the book, Roy Kim's discovery consists of two parts.

The first discovery is the pattern in the "Proportion Comparison Graph." By comparing the proportion (weight) obtained from advance voting in each electoral district of the Democratic Party of Korea with the proportion obtained from the Election Day voting, the pattern of the graph shows results that could not be generated without artificial manipulation.

The book states unequivocally, "For candidates who received more than 50% of the vote on Election Day in all 253 electoral districts nationwide, their 'advance' voting percentage was consistently lower than their 'Election Day' voting percentage. This phenomenon cannot occur naturally and is clear evidence of manipulation."

The second discovery is the extraction of the encrypted string "follow_the_party." This cannot be deleted or discarded, and can be called a miracle of national salvation in that it has identified the ultimate perpetrator.

In short, "follow_the_party is the only indestructible evidence and the best proof of the Chinese Communist Party's interference in Korean elections. Understanding the 'follow_the_party' algorithm imprinted in the results data of the April 15, 2020 general election reveals the grand scheme of election fraud."

The book also explains, "As long as there are blind spots in the surveillance of any election, it inherently contains the possibility of election fraud." It further elaborates, "Taiwan's insistence on on-site vote counting, Japan's practice of having voters write down candidates' names to leave their handwriting traces, and France's use of transparent ballot boxes are all results of careful consideration to eliminate blind spots in election surveillance and facilitate post-election verification."

This implies that South Korea's electoral system is the electoral system with the most blind spots in surveillance worldwide.

The most serious issues cited are "the operation based on absolute trust in the National Election Commission and the courts, leading to the printing of stamps instead of personal seals by polling station officials, and even the acceptance of ballots without stamps as valid. Furthermore, the National Election Commission exclusively holds the voter registry, which cannot be used as investigative material, preventing the confirmation of voters."

Additionally, it asserts, "A barbaric spectacle of the 21st century, labeling those who raise concerns as conspiracy theorists and far-right extremists, is sweeping through Korean society. Koreans are walking into slavery themselves. As long as administrators hold power and control the system, all evidence can ultimately be destroyed and lost."

The book states, "The '86 generation,' who have entrusted their souls to communist indoctrination, is passing, and a new generation that loves liberal democracy is emerging. This generation will undoubtedly be able to understand the 'follow_the_party' algorithm without difficulty. This book is for them."

Author Kim Mi-young graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Korean Language and Literature and a Master's degree in Korean Modern Literature. She then studied American law and international human rights law at Handong Global University Law School (J.D.eqv) and the University of Notre Dame Law School (LL.M.) in the United States.

Since 1999, she has been dedicated to the North Korean human rights movement and devoted herself to the cause of rescuing abducted individuals after the Korean War. She served as the first Secretary-General of the non-profit organization Rule of Law and Liberal Democracy Solidarity (NPK) and is currently the CEO of VON News.
