According to local media 11Alive and the Athens Police Department on December 23 (local time), in the early morning of December 21, Desirée Browning, 26, entered the opposite lane of GA 10 in Athens, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, and collided with two vehicles. The vehicle continued to drive after the impact and collided head-on with a car carrying the family of Mr. Choi, a Korean national, 25.
