Lee Jae-myung's Local Policy: "Grabbing the Tail to Shake the Body"

All chaotic situations in the Republic of Korea are not accidental. They are the result of a long-term, planned ideological war.

The Korean War, recorded in world history as a tragedy of fratricide, was also an ideological war between the liberal democratic forces seeking to defend the Republic of Korea and the totalitarian forces dreaming of communizing the Korean Peninsula. This book, planned as the second installment following "Ideological War Master Plan," published in September last year, vividly depicts the reality of the ideological war occurring in villages and local areas at the grassroots of the Republic of Korea, informing the right-wing public while also serving as a comprehensive intelligence report detailing the communization strategy of the leftist camp.

A Terrifying Change with a Benevolent Face… If You Are Not Awake, You Will Unintentionally Become a Voluntary Participant

After publishing "The Basic Law on Resident Autonomy: The Path to Communism" in February 2021, Professor Lee Hee-cheon successfully prevented the Basic Law on Resident Autonomy bill, then being pushed by the Moon Jae-in administration, through nationwide lecture tours that awakened the residents.

Now, succeeding Moon Jae-in, the Lee Jae-myung administration is extending its reach to villages. The ideological war he feared has begun in earnest and is expanding into "villages, neighborhoods, and living environments."

"If we lose these local elections, the Republic of Korea will be irrecoverable. This is the last chance to restore the liberal democratic system."

The war between the forces of the Republic of Korea, seeking to protect the liberal democratic system, and the anti-Republic of Korea forces (anti-state forces) aiming for a totalitarian system is already underway, operating invisibly in every aspect of daily life. They create problems themselves and then position themselves as the problem solvers... This book warns that if we do not stop them now, it will be irreversible.

Who is Lee Hee-cheon?

The author of this book, Professor Lee Hee-cheon, was born in Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, majored in Public Administration at Kyungpook National University's College of Law and Graduate School, and completed a Ph.D. program in Political Science at the Academy of Korean Studies.

He joined the National Intelligence Service (NIS, then the Agency for National Security Planning) in 1990 and worked as an expert in counter-espionage for 27 years. For 16 of those years, he served as a professor lecturing on national identity to NIS employees.

Taking the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye by the National Assembly in December 2016 as an opportunity, he has since dedicated himself to the "National Awakening Movement," alerting the public to the threat of systemic subversion towards communism faced by the Republic of Korea, from the Moon Jae-in administration through the Yoon Suk-yeol administration and the Lee Jae-myung administration, and urging citizens to awaken to their roles as sovereigns.

Most notably, he is recognized as the scholar who coined the term "anti-Republic of Korea forces (anti-state forces)."

The concept of "Forces of the Republic of Korea vs. Anti-Republic of Korea Forces" was created at a time when the media and everyone else were dividing Korea's ideological landscape into "conservative" and "progressive," with terms that were overwhelmingly disadvantageous to the right wing becoming entrenched. This concept was invented to overturn that and empower the right wing.

Now, the term "anti-state forces" is naturally becoming established as the concept opposing the "forces of the Republic of Korea," and President Yoon has also used this term in the 8·15 Commemoration Ceremony in 2024 and the proclamation of martial law on December 3rd.

From late 2024 to February 2025, Professor Lee Hee-cheon took the stage at the SAVE KOREA rallies opposing impeachment and emphasized that protecting President Yoon Suk-yeol was equivalent to protecting the right-wing camp.

From January to March 2024, he serialized "The Secret of Anti-Republic of Korea Forces" in the daily newspaper Sky Daily, achieving record-breaking daily views of 20,000-30,000 per article.

Especially from November, just before the December 3rd martial law, he recognized that the Yoon Suk-yeol administration was in crisis. In the subsequent series of events, including martial law, impeachment, and attempts to arrest the president, he received enthusiastic support from patriotic right-wing readers, the sovereigns of the Republic of Korea, with titles such as "Who are the Real Rebels?", "Let's Protect Our President," "Let's Exercise the Right to Resistance," and "Martial Law is a Law of Enlightenment." However, Sky Daily later changed its editorial stance, and all uploaded articles and YouTube content were deleted, making them currently inaccessible.

Professor Lee Hee-cheon's books include "The Secret of the Opposition" (2009), "The Secret of Anti-Republic of Korea Forces Revealed" (2021), "Presidential Impeachment and Ideological War" (2025), and "Ideological War Master Plan" (2025). Currently, "Ideological War Master Plan" ranks second in the political and social category on Kyobo Bookstore, and "Village War" ranks first.
