Undocumented immigrants who aided fugitives and committed violence are detained together.

Three undocumented immigrants released into the United States by the Biden administration were indicted on charges of brutally assaulting an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent with a shovel on the evening of the 14th in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Amid ongoing anti-ICE protests in Minnesota, ICE agents conducted an intensive operation targeting an undocumented immigrant from Venezuela, Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis, in Minneapolis.
He has a prior conviction for driving without a license and was previously arrested for providing a false name to a police officer.
Sosa-Celis, who was released by Minnesota state authorities, first crossed the U.S. border in 2022, and the Biden administration released him into the interior of the United States, according to Breitbart News.
As ICE agents attempted to arrest Sosa-Celis, he fled the scene in a vehicle, crashed into a parked car, and then escaped on foot.
When an ICE agent pursued and caught up to him, Sosa-Celis began assaulting the agent. During the struggle, undocumented immigrants from Venezuela, Alfredo Alejandro Ajorna and Gabriel Alejandro Hernandez-Ledezma, rushed to the scene and began assaulting the ICE agent with shovels.
Freed from the agent's grasp, Sosa-Celis began to repeatedly strike the ICE agent with a shovel. It is reported that the ICE agent, feeling his life was threatened, shot Sosa-Celis in the leg.
According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials, Sosa-Celis, Ajorna, and Hernandez-Ledezma fled into a nearby apartment complex, barricaded themselves inside, and hid.
The ICE agent is recovering from injuries at the hospital, similar to Sosa-Celis. The other two undocumented immigrants are currently in ICE custody.
Ajorna first crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in May 2023 and was released into the interior of the United States without attending his immigration hearing. A federal immigration judge issued a final order of removal for Ajorna.
Hernandez-Ledezma was also released into the interior of the United States after first crossing the border in May 2023. Under the directive of former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Hernandez-Ledezma was deemed not to be a priority for apprehension and removal.
