President Donald Trump reiterated his long-held claim on Thursday that he won the 2020 presidential election, even after an FBI raid on Georgia's election headquarters.
He posted on Truth Social, "Trump won BIG. It was Rigged!" along with a video of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger being interviewed on NBC News' election night coverage in 2020.
In the video, Raffensperger explains, "We had a lot of turnout yesterday. 4.7 million voters voted. That’s a new record from 2016, which was 4.1 million." He added, "We’re about 2% off the count. And as we’re seeing right now, the numbers are not going to change."
At the time of the broadcast, the screen showed 92% of votes counted, with President Trump leading with 50.5% of the vote, ahead of Biden's 48.3% by 2.2 percentage points (103,705 votes).

When asked why he speculated that the results wouldn't change, Raffensperger replied, "We don't speculate. We report." This implies that Trump was in a winning position.
However, the final tally reversed overnight, with Biden declared the winner in Georgia with 49.47% of the vote compared to Trump's 49.24%. The difference was a mere 0.23% (11,779 votes).
This outcome is famous as one of several upsets in the 2020 presidential election. Allegations of election fraud in Fulton County subsequently became a key point of criticism for President Trump regarding the vote-counting process.
On Wednesday, FBI agents raided the Fulton County election headquarters to investigate alleged crimes related to the 2020 presidential election, executing a search warrant.
Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence (DNI), was present at the scene, drawing attention.
Fox News reported that the federal Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Fulton County, Georgia, after state authorities failed to comply with a subpoena seeking the 2020 election records.
On Wednesday, President Trump posted a video on Truth Social of his response to reporters during a bilateral meeting with the President of the Philippines on July 22, under the headline, "Treason! Trump Shocks Reporters After Declaring Trump, Barack Obama Will Face Justice."

In the video, President Trump stated, "Tulsi Gabbard completely stumped President Obama," and claimed that Director Gabbard had clearly exposed the issues of election fraud that occurred from 2016 to the 2020 election.
Trump revealed that Obama's instructions were documented and signed, and although these documents were classified as top secret, their declassification exposed "the highest level of criminal" activity.
At the time, a reporter asked who was being investigated, as Gabbard had filed a criminal complaint with the Department of Justice.
President Trump replied, "President Obama. He started it." He added, "Hillary Clinton was right there, 'Sleepy Joe' Biden was there, Comey, Clapper, all of them. They tried to rig the election, they got caught. And then they actually rigged the election in 2020."
