Lee Jun-seok (far left) caused a stir during this final debate by labeling U.S. President Donald Trump (center) and Tesla CEO Elon Musk as "election fraud conspiracy theorists."
The public debate on election fraud, held from 6 PM last Friday the 27th until 1:30 AM the following day, garnered explosive responses with 320,000 live viewers and nearly 6 million views, playing a significant role in publicizing the issue of election fraud and amplifying public interest.
Initially, there was regret that it wasn't broadcast on a cable channel like TV Chosun. However, the debate via YouTube generated a nationwide response beyond expectations, demonstrating that a strong desire for the truth about election fraud is deeply ingrained in the hearts of many voters.
Furthermore, this public reaction is particularly noteworthy given that the Democratic Party and the National Election Commission have foreshadowed a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment for mentioning election fraud, a unprecedented suppression of fundamental rights. This indicates an unusual political development.
The timing of this public debate on election fraud is also highly appropriate, especially as President Trump is accelerating the disclosure of election fraud truths and judicial actions, and has arrested Venezuela's Maduro, a member of the international election fraud connection, while initiating military action against Iran.
The genesis of this final debate began when a YouTuber, a graduate of Seoul National University's physics department, offered 100 million won to anyone who could refute Lee Jun-seok's claim that "there is no election fraud." However, the debate couldn't materialize as Lee Jun-seok provided inconsistent reasons.
Then, in 2026, when Lee Jun-seok proposed another public debate, instructor Jeon Han-gil accepted, and TV Chosun agreed, leading to the formation of what was dubbed a "big match."
However, due to pressure from above, TV Chosun suddenly backed out, citing the flimsy reason that "unrefined content might emerge in a broadcast debate," bringing it to the brink of cancellation. It was only narrowly saved when Pan N' Mic decided to proceed with a YouTube broadcast.
As expected, Lee Jun-seok argued that there was no election fraud, primarily citing Supreme Court rulings and the National Election Commission's claims. He also occasionally ridiculed election fraud proponents. Even when presented with numerous pieces of evidence, he evaded the core issue by demanding that the masterminds of election fraud be identified.
On the other hand, the four-person panel advocating for election fraud—CEO Jeon Han-gil, PD Lee Young-don, lawyer Park Ju-hyun, and VON CEO Kim Mi-young—presented irrefutable evidence and testimonies. They revealed numerous specific proofs and data, on-site evidence of flawed election systems, and lists of suspected accomplices and planners of election fraud.
As a result, the debate achieved a remarkable feat of 6 million YouTube views, providing effective "true education" on election fraud to approximately 15% of the entire nation's population. It served as a forum for providing empirical information and education to citizens who might have questioned whether election fraud was even possible.
In particular, the moment the author keenly observed was when instructor Jeon Han-gil asked, "Are Trump and Elon Musk, who speak of election fraud, also election fraud conspiracy theorists?" and Lee Jun-seok responded, "Yes."
In the author's opinion, it felt as though Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party were hastily trying to tie up loose ends to prevent the monumental issue of US election fraud from influencing Korea, given the accelerating pace of its disclosure in the United States.
However, this debate has inadvertently led Lee Jun-seok to draw Trump, US investigative agencies, and even Elon Musk into the Korean election fraud debate.
This action undermines the Democratic Party's efforts to preemptively counter anticipated US pressure on South Korea and the National Election Commission, which are likely key countries in the international election fraud connection mentioned by Trump.
In that regard, Lee Jun-seok has unintentionally played a crucial "helper" role in the investigation of election fraud.
Immediately after the public debate, Jang Dong-hyuk, the interim leader of the People Power Party, who had previously avoided the term "election fraud," announced the formation of an election monitoring task force ahead of the local elections. It is hoped that this will be followed by concrete actions and struggles to resolve the election fraud controversy, rather than just words.
