Senator John Fetterman (Democrat-Pennsylvania), the only Democrat to vote in favor of President Donald Trump's 'SAVE AMERICA Act' aimed at correcting the fraudulent election, has sharply criticized the Democratic Party's Middle East policy, stating it is "completely wrong."
Appearing on NewsNation's "Cuomo" show on the 4th (local time), Fetterman stated that the Democratic Party's mindset since the October 7th terrorist attacks has been "completely wrong," arguing that the ceasefires advocated by many within the party could have strengthened terrorist organizations and even led to Iran's nuclear armament.
"Aren't we tired of repeatedly misjudging this region?" he asked.
Fetterman added, "The thinking of the Democratic Party has been completely wrong since October 7th. They tried to appease extremists by continuously calling for a ceasefire throughout 2024. If they had forced a ceasefire (on Israel), Hamas would still be active, Hezbollah would still maintain a strong presence, and Iran would probably have acquired nuclear weapons by now."
"Can't we be tired of repeatedly getting this region wrong? Aren't we already tired of it?" he added.
Fetterman also revealed that individuals within the party do not want to be seen as agreeing with President Donald Trump.
