Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian issued a statement on Saturday, the 7th, apologizing to neighboring Gulf countries for Iran's missile and drone strikes targeting those with Israeli and US military bases.
However, Iran continues its retaliatory attacks against US and Israeli airstrikes. In response, President Trump has foreshadowed a large-scale attack.
The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) stated on Friday, the 6th, that Iran attacked 12 countries and intentionally targeted civilians throughout the Middle East.

President Donald Trump stated on Saturday, the 7th, that while Iran would no longer attack its neighbors, the "terrorist state" would face a "very, very severe blow," and the Iranian regime would collapse if it did not surrender.
In a post on Truth Social, he said, "Iran, under immense pressure, has apologized to its Middle Eastern neighbors and surrendered, promising no longer to attack them. This promise was made due to the incessant attacks by the United States and Israel."
He added, "They tried to take over and dominate the Middle East. This is the first time in thousands of years that Iran has been defeated by its Middle Eastern neighbors." He stated that the Middle Eastern countries said, "Thank you, President Trump," and he replied, "You're welcome!"

President Trump stated that a large-scale attack on Iran would occur on Saturday.
He wrote that Iran is no longer the "tyrant of the Middle East" but the "loser of the Middle East" and would remain so for decades until it surrendered or completely collapsed.
He then declared, "Today, Iran will face a very powerful attack! Due to Iran's wrongdoings, regions and groups that were not previously considered targets will now face the threat of complete destruction and certain death."
Meanwhile, after President Trump's announcement, the Central Command posted on X, "There can never be a fair fight when B-52s are involved," along with a video.
The post quoted Secretary of War Pete Hegseth: "This could not have been a fair fight from the start, and it is not a fair fight now. We are beating them while they are down."
The B-52 bomber, capable of carrying up to 70,000 pounds (approximately 31 tons) of ordnance, is known for its ability to drop the largest amount of bombs of any current bomber, including bunker busters.
