According to Forbes' latest estimates, President Donald Trump's net worth has increased to approximately $6.5 billion, a rise of about $1.4 billion over the past year.

The updated figures place Trump at number 645 on Forbes' world's billionaires list.

A significant portion of this increase is attributed to his ventures into new businesses and fluctuations in the value of his existing assets.

Forbes estimates that Trump earned approximately $550 million over the past year through the sale of cryptocurrency tokens issued by World Liberty Financial, a digital finance venture established in September 2024 with partners including investor Steve Witkoff.

The publication also estimates that Trump and his partners sold a 49% stake in the joint venture to Ariam Investments, which is backed by UAE National Security Advisor Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for an additional $200 million in profits for Trump.

Trump is known to hold millions of cryptocurrency tokens associated with World Liberty Financial and his "Trump" meme coin.

Forbes estimates the total value of these assets held by Trump at approximately $570 million, valuing Trump's remaining 38% stake in World Liberty Financial at around $240 million.

Trump's financial situation saw a positive turn in August when an appeals court overturned a previously imposed $517 million civil fraud penalty in New York. This removed Trump's liability, although New York Attorney General Letitia James is still appealing the ruling.

The value of several properties owned by Trump has also appreciated.

Forbes estimates the value of Mar-a-Lago, Trump's private club in Palm Beach, Florida, at approximately $560 million.

Trump purchased the property in 1985 for about $10 million.

The publication also estimates that the value of the 10 golf courses Trump owns across six states now stands at approximately $550 million, a significant increase from the $340 million estimated a year ago.

Declines in revenue were also seen in other business sectors.

The stock price of TMTG (Trump Media and Technology Group), the parent company of Truth Social, has fallen over the past year, reducing the value of Trump's stake from approximately $2.6 billion a year ago to about $1.2 billion.

Trump also reported revenue from licensing and branded product sales.

Time magazine reported that his 2025 financial disclosure lists millions of dollars in royalty income, including $3 million from the sale of Bibles promoted on musician Lee Greenwood's website.

The disclosed materials also indicate $1 million in income from "45" branded and other related items, $2.8 million from Trump watches, and $2.5 million from Trump sneakers and fragrances.
