U.S. President Donald Trump said on the 11th (local time), "We have taken down the Iranian leadership twice."

Speaking at the pharmaceutical company Thermo Fisher Scientific in Cincinnati, Ohio, President Trump said, "We have taken down their leadership, including the Navy and all forms of the military, twice."

He added, "Now they have new leadership, and let's see what happens to them."

President Trump eliminated Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei through the "Epic Fury" military operation against Iran, which began on the 28th of last month.

However, while stating that he had "taken down the Iranian leadership twice" on this day, he did not specifically mention whether there were any other attacks on leadership targets besides the elimination of Khamenei.

President Trump referred to this operation as an "excursion," meaning a short trip or a temporary diversion from one's main duties.

He said, "This is an excursion that will get us out of war, and it will be war for them."

President Trump stated, "The market is holding up well. I expected a slight impact, but perhaps less than anticipated, and it will return to normal in a fairly short period of time."

He added, "Prices are falling very significantly. Oil prices will also go down."

Regarding the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, which has led to a surge in international crude oil prices due to Iran's de facto blockade, President Trump said, "We have attacked 28 mine-laying vessels to date."
