U.S. President Donald Trump announced on the 20th (local time) the five objectives of military operations in Iran. This announcement is being analyzed with a declaration of victory and withdrawal in mind. 

Through a Truth Social post, President Trump stated, "As we are reviewing the phased reduction of major military operations in the Middle East against the terrorist regime in Iran, we are very close to achieving our objectives," and revealed the following five objectives. 

① Completely neutralize Iran's missile capabilities, launch pads, and all related assets.

② Destroy Iran's defense industry base.

③ Eliminate Iran's navy and air force, including anti-aircraft weapons.

④ Never allow Iran to possess nuclear capabilities, and always maintain a position from which the U.S. can respond swiftly and powerfully should such a situation arise.

⑤ Provide the highest level of protection to Middle Eastern allies, including Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

President Trump stated, "The Strait of Hormuz should be guarded and monitored by other countries that use it as needed. The United States will not be performing that role!"

These remarks are interpreted as part of his diplomatic initiative, Neo-Monroism, also known as "Donroism."

President Trump added, "If requested, we will support these countries' efforts to guard the Strait of Hormuz, but it will no longer be necessary once the threat from Iran is eliminated. The important thing is that it will be an easy military operation for them."
