The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which oversees the U.S. war against Iran, announced on the 25th (local time), the 26th day of the war, that it had struck over 10,000 Iranian military targets.

In a video operational briefing posted on X (formerly Twitter) on the same day, General Brad Cooper, Commander of CENTCOM, stated, "As we enter the fourth week of operations, we are progressing as planned or ahead of schedule in achieving the clear military objective of removing Iran's ability to project power beyond its borders."

Cooper added, "Just a few hours ago, we struck the 10,000th Iranian target. Including Israel's accomplishments, we have struck thousands more targets."

He further declared, "The era of Iranian warships threatening and disrupting global shipping in regional waters has ended, as we have destroyed 92% of Iran's large naval vessels."

Cooper specifically noted, "We have damaged or destroyed over two-thirds of Iran's missile, drone, and naval production facilities and shipyards, and we are not done yet."

He emphasized, "We are on track to completely eliminate Iran's extensive military production capabilities, and this is why my operational assessment continues to conclude that 'U.S. combat power is continuously increasing while Iranian combat power is decreasing.'"
