  • Save America Bill Passage Urged...President Trump Also Shares Advertisement Video

"It is not true that 60 votes are needed for the Save America Act to pass the Senate!"

This statement is from an advertisement video released by the Freedom Caucus, a group of hardline conservative representatives.

The video gained significant attention when President Donald Trump introduced it on Truth Social on Monday morning, stating, "Freedom Caucus, truly excellent! I am proud!!"

The Save America Act aims to require proof of citizenship and the presentation of an ID to vote in federal elections.

In the video, the Freedom Caucus asserted, "The Senate can bring the Save America Act to a floor vote at any time."

It claimed that if all 51 Republican senators are present, Democrats would have to filibuster, meaning they would have to speak for hours to block the vote on the floor.

The video argued that if Republicans remain united and present on the floor, Democrats will eventually exhaust their speaking time.

It urged, "Make your senators actually debate the Democrats."

The video, which advocates for a "talking filibuster," concludes by asking for President Trump's support in passing this bill, which is essential for saving America.

The Freedom Caucus expressed gratitude to President Trump for sharing the video, adding, "No more excuses!"

The Senate is scheduled to resume debate on the bill on Monday the 13th, after the Easter recess.
