Cheon Chang-ryong, representative of the New Voting Rights Defense Alliance, is promoting the movie ‘Why the Cartel,’ which investigates the issue of election fraud, on the streets and in subways. 

Released in 70 theaters nationwide on March 25th, ‘Why the Cartel’ explains how election fraud was carried out in an organized and systematic manner, focusing on the April 15th general election in 2020.
