Patriotic conservative groups to hold rallies in Yeouido for five days starting from the 4th, demanding the 'disclosure of the 5·18 Public Service Record'

Patriotic conservative groups, including the "Korea Mothers' Brigade," will hold large-scale rallies in the Yeouido area of Seoul from the 4th to the 8th.

 

The core demands of this rally are the "Disclosure of the May 18th Public Record" and "Constitutional Defense and Dissolution of the National Assembly." The rallies will officially begin on the 4th at 11 AM in front of the People Power Party's central headquarters and in the vicinity of the National Assembly Station.

 

The rallies will be held in two locations. First, in front of the People Power Party's central headquarters in Yeouido, rallies will take place daily from the 4th (Monday) to the 7th (Thursday), from 11 AM to 5:30 PM, to increase pressure on the ruling party.

 

A more intense struggle will unfold in front of Exit 2 of National Assembly Station on Subway Line 9. Specifically, a rally is scheduled until 10 PM on the 5th (Tuesday), and on the 6th (Wednesday) and 7th (Thursday), participants will engage in an "all-night sit-in protest" starting at 11 AM. The rallies are scheduled to conclude just before midnight on May 8th (Friday), at 11:59 PM.

 

This rally is jointly hosted by organizations such as △Korea Mothers' Brigade △Park Chung Hee Academy Alumni Association △Korea-US Alliance Group △National Election Commission Server Protection National Movement Headquarters △Free Korea National Assembly △Free Sovereign Federation △True Korea, among others.

 

The events will be emceed by Joo Ok-soon, head of the Korea Mothers' Brigade, and Kim Sang-soon, Oh Kyung-young, and Cha Kang-seok. Additionally, over 20 speakers representing the conservative sector will take the stage, including Kim Byung-joon, Kim Sang-soon, Kim Eun-goo, Kim Joong-bae, Kim Hyun-tae, Nam Kwang-gyu, Nam Cheol-hee, Park Jun-young, Park Tae-hee, Seong Sang-hoon, Silver, Shim Jae-hong, Lee Hee-cheon, Jang Jae-eon, Jeon Han-gil, Jeong Bu-young, Cha Kang-seok, Cha Hoon, and Han Sung-cheon.

 

The organizers stated, "Through this rally, we will demand the transparent disclosure of information related to May 18th and convey the public's voice to protect constitutional values."
