Patrick Byrne, known as one of the 'Three Musketeers' who reportedly thwarted election fraud to prevent Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 US presidential election, has become a topic of discussion by claiming that "the Chinese Communist Party manipulated the South Korean elections."
He wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on the night of the 15th (Friday), "The incumbent president and rightful winner declared martial law to seize and investigate election materials. As a result, he is now serving a life sentence."
Byrne added, "This is exactly what would have happened to Trump if he had lost the election in November 2024," and said, "Whoops." This is interpreted to mean that if President Trump had lost the 2024 presidential election due to election fraud, he would have faced the same fate as President Yoon Suk-yeol and been imprisoned.

These remarks were made shortly after retweeting a post on the X account @david_yeo8604, which began with "Why are Chinese tourist buses around South Korea's early voting stations?"
This is noteworthy as it shows that the involvement of the Chinese Communist Party in election fraud in South Korea is being recognized even by American experts on election integrity. Recently, the opinion has been spreading in the United States that the current South Korean administration is illegitimate due to election fraud.
The original post by @david_yeo8604, which served as the catalyst, contained the following:
Why are Chinese tourist buses around South Korea's early voting stations?
X Poor Election → ○ Rigged Election
STOP THE STEAL! CCP OUT!
WE MUST GO TOGETHER !!
Nationwide large-scale Korean election fraud backed by the CCP and the National Election Commission of Korea
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We would like to draw your special attention to the serious situation currently unfolding in the Republic of Korea.
"South Korean patriots believe that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is attempting to swallow South Korea with the help of Lee Jae-myung, a puppet installed as president through a pre-rigged election. We, freedom-loving citizens and patriots, are fighting with our lives to prevent this.
However, day by day, South Korean lawmakers are churning out numerous oppressive laws designed to suppress free citizens and hand over the country to the CCP.
We urgently demand strong financial sanctions and severe penalties against these lawmakers who have been bribed by the Chinese Communist Party."
With utmost respect,
The post originated from a video posted on January 30th by the account @jake__L_. The video, labeled with "Seoul-Gangnam-gu NCC-2 (Mail)" and recorded at 11:33 PM on April 5, 2024, shows election officials breaking the seals on ballot boxes and continuously inserting ballots.
This video was retweeted on the same day by Dr. TaraO (@DrTaraO), who wrote, "Every time I watch this video, I can't believe how blatant they are."

Dr. TaraO's post was retweeted by lawyer Park Joo-hyun (@parkjoohyeon79) on January 31st. Park wrote, "The perpetrators of election fraud in South Korea are too brazen, and the National Election Commission is actively involved."
On February 1st, the account @iloveholykorea commented on Park's post, attaching a flyer displayed in English. The flyer, titled "Non-Citizen Voting Election Fraud," states that in the United States, "Democratic lobbyists admit brazenly that they want voting rights for non-citizens, saying, 'Does one have to be a citizen to vote in Arizona?'" citing a revelation by Arizona State Representative Alexander Kolodin.
Next to it, it says that in South Korea, "Kim Eun-hye, a Member of the National Assembly from the People Power Party, exposed the National Election Commission, stating that foreigners can vote in Korea if they have completed their alien registration, even if they do not maintain their actual residence."

Lawyer Park Joo-hyun reposted @iloveholykorea's post, questioning, "Is it a coincidence that there are many Chinese tourist buses around the early voting stations during early voting when there are no voter lists?"

The account @david_yeo8604 reposted this retweet by lawyer Park on May 15th, adding a lengthy post starting with "Why are Chinese tourist buses around South Korea's early voting stations?" It was to this post that Patrick Byrne commented.
The suspicions and revelations regarding election fraud in South Korea have circulated on social media, eventually connecting to the person in the United States who has most accurately uncovered the truth about election fraud.

Lawyer Park Joo-hyun, who serves as the South Korean head of the Korea-US Joint Investigation Team on Election Fraud, shared a screenshot of Patrick Byrne's post on her Facebook wall, stating, "CCP involvement in election fraud is now a publicly known fact worldwide."
