On November 15, 2024 (local time), then-U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, at a gala dinner show of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held at his Mar-a-Lago estate in West Palm Beach, Florida, used gestures to explain a phenomenon where the Republican support graph suddenly dropped during the 2020 presidential election. This phenomenon has recently been identified as being caused by cyber hacking, and a U.S. expert has raised suspicions that Korean IPs were involved at the time. A U.S. IT expert who has obtained a list of Korean IP addresses involved in manipulating the U.S. presidential election has announced their intention to fully disclose the list of evidence in Korea around the time of the June 3rd local elections, which is expected to cause significant repercussions. This was revealed during a closed-door consultation with the Korean expert group of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on Election Irregularities, and a specific visit schedule to Korea has been confirmed. 

The Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on Election Irregularities has begun full-scale activities as Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Liberty and Innovation Party (former acting president and prime minister), and Mike Lindell, a long-time "election fraud fighter comrade" of President Donald Trump, whom Hwang met during his CPAC speech in March, responded enthusiastically to Hwang's request. 

Mr. A, a responsible-level U.S. IT expert personally recommended by Mr. Lindell, stated during an official introductory meeting with members of the Korean investigation team, including lead investigator Attorney Park Joo-hyun, "If I come to South Korea, I will bring this information," and revealed specific plans. 

When Attorney Park asked if the U.S. had secured records of other Korean IPs accessing the U.S. presidential election in addition to the IP from Seongnam, Mr. A responded clearly, "This is where I think I can be a great assistance to you." 

When Attorney Park further inquired if a U.S. government investigation into IP attacks was underway, he acknowledged, "Yes," and upon being asked again, confirmed, "Yes, investigating." 

However, when asked about the specific investigative body, such as "Is it the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation)?," he remained reticent.

Regarding this statistically impossible pattern, Mr. A analyzed, "It was not a flipping phenomenon (votes changing from one candidate to another), but rather that Biden's votes increased by the amount of the vertical rise (inserted computationally)." He then mentioned IP addresses originating from Korea in the process of explaining the vertical increase. 

During a congratulatory speech at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida after his re-election in 2024, President Trump also highlighted this anomalous phenomenon with hand gestures, raising awareness about election fraud. 

An interesting claim was also made: that President Trump's establishment of the Space Force during his first term was a measure to prevent election fraud. He claimed, "Because I couldn't trust the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the FBI, I created the Space Force in 2018 to counter election fraud." 

He then surmised, "That's why I have your country's IP addresses, and President Trump would also be monitoring his own." 

The expert also pointed out, "I have proven the algorithm of how the manipulation forces deceived, and I have revealed the principle of manipulation in electronic vote counting machines and the process of reporting to the manipulation forces through real-time linkage." He added, "The purpose of the (electronic voting) machines is not to manipulate votes, but to report the tally results and inform how much fraud needs to be committed." 

He is known to have close ties with key figures of the American MAGA movement, including Mr. Lindell, Patrick Byrne, founder of Overstock.com, and Tina Peters, former Mesa County Clerk. 

However, he predicted that election fraud would not be prevented in the upcoming June 3rd local elections. 

Mr. A stated, "June 3rd is approaching very soon, so there is too little time to prepare," but expressed confidence, "If we plan well, we can catch a lot of election fraud and secure a lot of evidence through thorough planning." 

He further declared, "I can say with confidence, I am 100% sure that I can uncover the election fraud in your country." 

He repeatedly emphasized, "We can get 100% positive results in Korea," but cautioned, "The real problem is what we will do after revealing it, and it's like playing chess; we need to anticipate several moves ahead." 

Posts flooded social media after the U.S. presidential election arguing that it is inexplicable by anything other than election fraud that Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate in the 2020 election, exceeded 80 million votes, despite no Democratic candidate having surpassed 70 million votes in the past 20 years of U.S. presidential elections held every four years. Expert analysis is expected to emerge suggesting that the statistical anomalies where Biden won and President Trump lost were due to IP attacks from Korea and other countries.
