Reporter Lee Sang-ro of the YouTube channel 'Camera Dispatch' sent a certified mail to 'Lee Jae-myung.'

In an open letter titled "Even if you are a fake president, please use taxpayer money wisely," the reporter stated, "I have informed you multiple times through certified mail that you are a fake president elected through a fraudulent election." He further declared, "If you have forgotten that fact, I will show you the brick ballots from polling stations across the country in the next certified mail."

Next, the first item under 'Waste of Taxpayer Money' was 'Presidential Office's Discretionary Funds.' The reporter said, "As the leader of the opposition party, you reduced the Presidential Office's special activity funds to zero, but there are public opinions that you are currently using over 10 million won per day for special activity funds." He demanded confirmation of these facts.

The second item is the 'Waste of 5 billion won budget due to the failure of the constitutional amendment to pass the National Assembly,' and the third is the 'Waste of taxpayer money due to the failure of housing policy.' Reporter Lee Sang-ro classified these three types of tax waste into moral, ideological, and policy issues, and included solutions in the letter.

The following is the full text of the open letter from reporter Lee Sang-ro to 'Lee Jae-myung.'

"Even if you are a fake president, please use taxpayer money wisely."

I have informed you multiple times through certified mail that you are a fake president elected through a fraudulent election. If you have forgotten that fact, I will show you the brick ballots from polling stations across the country in the next certified mail.

Today, I will address your waste of taxpayer money.

1) Regarding Presidential Office's Discretionary Funds

As the leader of the opposition party, you reduced the Presidential Office's special activity funds to zero. However, there are public opinions that you are currently using over 10 million won per day for special activity funds. I demand confirmation of these facts.

2) Waste of 5 billion won budget due to the failure of the constitutional amendment to pass the National Assembly

For a constitutional amendment proposed by a majority in the National Assembly to pass, it must receive the consent of two-thirds or more of the National Assembly members. However, the People Power Party, which was the opposition party at the time, had a party resolution that 'constitutional amendment is impossible.' The reason given was that the constitutional amendment had ideological issues.

Despite this, you allocated a budget of 19.5 billion won and spent 5 billion won over fifteen days. You spent 5 billion won knowing that a constitutional amendment would not be achieved. In other words, it was not an unintentional mistake, but a deliberate use of the budget.

A vehicle waiting at an intersection for a straight-ahead signal has departed before the green light. This resulted in a traffic accident. Who should be held responsible? Naturally, the driver. You are now blaming the traffic light.

3) Waste of taxpayer money due to the failure of housing policy

Your policies to control housing prices have driven up jeonse (lump-sum deposit rent) and wolse (monthly rent) in the housing market. This is, of course, a result of the decrease in jeonse and wolse supply. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in its urgency, decided to supply 90,000 units of purchased rental housing in the Seoul metropolitan area over two years until 2027.

A simple calculation shows '500 million won per household × 90,000 households = 45 trillion won.' Due to your flawed policies, an unexpected 45 trillion won in taxpayer money must be additionally consumed.

The primary goal of housing policy should have been to lower jeonse and wolse. However, you targeted the apartment prices in Gangnam as your attack objective. You selected the wrong objective from the start.

4) Classification of the three types of tax waste

The first case is a matter of your personal morality, the second case is your ideological issue, and the third is a policy issue.

In other words, you are immoral, hold incorrect ideologies, and possess amateur policy-making abilities with no economic study.

All three of these lead to the waste of taxpayer money.

5) Solutions

As I reiterate, you are a fake president elected through a fraudulent election. I have presented you with reasonable methods for resignation on multiple occasions. This is to conduct a national referendum for your safe resignation. To reintroduce this:

First, if the national referendum proposal passes, President Yoon Suk-yeol will be pardoned.

Second, if the national referendum proposal passes, all your past crimes will be pardoned.

Third, if the national referendum proposal passes, you will immediately resign.

Your very existence is causing an economic crisis in South Korea.

I await your wise decision.
