It has been argued that for the United States to assist Korea, which is currently under the control of forces engaged in election fraud operations, Koreans must first awaken and take action.

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who visited Korea as part of the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, appeared on Chonhan-gil News recently and suggested that "the fastest way for U.S. intervention is for Koreans to wake up first."

When asked by host CEO Chonhan-gil, "Some conservatives are very hopeful and curious about when President Trump might conduct a military operation or an arrest operation in Korea, similar to what he did in Venezuela," Dr. Frank responded with this suggestion.

Specifically, Dr. Frank stated, "The fastest way to get President Trump to come to Korea [to intervene] is not simply to wait for President Trump to intervene in Korea."

He continued, "The fastest way is for Koreans to stand up together. Did you know that the U.S. went to help Iran because 30,000 people were protesting there?" he said to draw attention to his point.

He further explained, "The solution does not come from a top-down approach but from a bottom-up approach (grassroots movement) driven by popular will."

Dr. Frank commented, "I understand Korea has traditionally been a top-down government," pointing to the socio-cultural pattern of Koreans being accustomed to following decisions made from above. "But yes, Koreans, you need to stand up after 1.8 million people have woken up, and we Americans need 9 million people to wake up. That's why I'm traveling all over the United States to wake up Americans."

He concluded by saying, "America has not yet reached 9 million, and Korea has not yet reached 1.8 million. Let's both build toward that goal and walk together!" he proposed.

These remarks are similar to those made by former U.S. Ambassador for Global Criminal Justice Morse H. Tan (Korean name: Dan Hyun-myung).

Former Ambassador Tan revealed the "3.5% rule" last July, stating, "A friend told me." He emphasized, "Just as the salinity of seawater is 3.5%, if 1.75 million people, which is 3.5% of the South Korean population, participate in sustained non-violent resistance, the Lee Jae-myung regime will inevitably collapse."
