U.S. President Donald Trump stated on the 31st (local time) that the results of his recent physical examination were "extremely good," and that he received a perfect score on a cognitive test.

In a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, President Trump wrote, "The physical exam results from Walter Reed Military Medical Center just came out, and they were extremely good," adding that he scored "30 out of 30" on a demanding cognitive ability test.

President Trump wrote, "I wonder if the Democrats are really surprised," noting that he had received perfect scores on all three previous cognitive tests he had taken.

He then argued that "everyone running for President and Vice President should take a demanding cognitive ability test," urging Congress and the Democratic Party to demand this.

President Trump's boasting about his cognitive test results is interpreted as an attempt to differentiate himself from former President Joe Biden, a Democrat, whose cognitive decline was questioned during his term.

President Trump underwent a routine dental and physical examination at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland on the 26th.
