At that time, polling station officials notified the Incheon Election Commission in advance that there might be a shortage of ballots, and the ballots arrived at the polling station around 5:30 p.m.


It is reported that voters waited for about 10 minutes during this process and some protested.


At a polling station in Dongchun 1-dong, Yeonsu-gu, there was also a shortage of ballots for 20-30 people, and the Election Commission had to transport additional ballots.


As a result, waiting voters were identified to have completed their voting after 6 p.m.
