The suspicion of 'rebalancing' is intensifying as a phenomenon where the vote count decreases over time during the vote counting process has been observed.

Rebalancing is a financial term used to readjust the target and actual proportions of assets when they are misaligned. In elections, it refers to the process where manipulating forces intervene through hacking or other means to adjust the difference between the pre-designed results and the actual outcome.

According to the Freedom and Innovation Party on the 3rd, an unusual phenomenon of the vote count decreasing over time was captured on screen during the vote counting for the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections (June 3rd Local Elections) and National Assembly by-elections.

The Central Election Commission's voting progress report showed 25,617,541 people at 5:05:30 PM. However, at 5:06:00 PM, the number decreased to 25,617,431, a reduction of 110 people. The vote count actually decreased in just 30 seconds.

A representative from the Freedom and Innovation Party stated, "The number of voters only increases over time, it does not decrease. This, coupled with a similar occurrence during the June 3rd presidential election, further fuels suspicion of 'rebalancing,' an arbitrary adjustment of the vote count."
