Speaking at the second polling station in Jamsil 7-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 4th, where election officials and patriotic citizens had been in a standoff overnight over a ballot shortage, Representative Hwang stated, "The numerous threads of manipulation have become so long that they have ultimately revealed themselves as clear evidence of election rigging, culminating in the unprecedented catastrophe of a ballot shortage." He emphasized this point.

Representative Hwang remarked, "In the past, election fraud and manipulation were thought to be easy to commit. However, this time, they attempted to commit fraud in the main voting, but their calculations resulted in major problems." He added, "The numerous counterfeit ballots that entered the counting stations eloquently testify to what I am currently saying."

He continued, "The National Election Commission is deceiving voters by calling this a simple prediction error or administrative mistake, but the truth is clear." He pointed out, "Those who tried to control and manipulate the complex ballots, numbering six or seven, in this election failed to match the quantities and ratios because they did not account for the enthusiasm of the awake citizens to vote on election day."

Representative Hwang stated, "I believe they are now carrying out the final task of solidifying anti-state forces, which they have been dreaming of, and transforming the Republic of Korea into the socialist communist state they desire." He then read a statement containing three articles at the scene.

Following the reading of the statement, Representative Hwang declared, "Fellow citizens, if the election, the foundation of democracy, collapses, the nation will inevitably collapse. We will never back down until the reality of this massive election manipulation is fully revealed. And to the patriotic citizens gathered here to protect a fair and just Republic of Korea!

On June 3, 2026, the democracy of the Republic of Korea was once again brutally trampled upon.

The local elections and by-elections for National Assembly members held yesterday (June 3rd) were not a forum for fair exercise of sovereignty, but rather the 'worst planned fraudulent election manipulation in history,' rife with the tacit approval and intervention of the Central Election Management Committee, and the plotting of organized manipulation.

On election day, a situation unprecedented in history occurred where voting was suspended due to the premature exhaustion of ballots at polling stations in various locations nationwide, including Songpa in Seoul, Incheon, Pyeongtaek, Busan, and Daegu.
The National Election Commission is deceiving voters by referring to this as a simple 'prediction error' or 'administrative mistake.'

However, the truth is clear!
Those who attempted to properly control and manipulate the complex ballots, numbering six or seven, in this election failed to match the quantities and ratios because they did not account for the enthusiasm of the awake citizens to vote on election day.

The numerous counterfeit ballots revealed at the counting stations are proof of this. The numerous threads of manipulation have become so long that they have ultimately revealed themselves as clear evidence of election rigging, culminating in the unprecedented catastrophe of a ballot shortage!

This is not all.
At the polling stations, torn and damaged ballot boxes seals, counterfeit ballots already marked for a specific candidate without the voter having touched them, and stacks of counterfeit ballots that were as stiff as newly issued bank notes, without any creases, were found in large numbers.

Even the electronic vote counting machines revealed mechanical manipulation, with only ballot number 1 being consecutively selected.
All the methods pointed out by the defense force have been mobilized.

How can this be a simple mistake!
This is a meticulously planned, power-based election manipulation crime!

Therefore, as the leader of the Liberty and Innovation Party and as a citizen seeking to protect the sovereignty of the Republic of Korea, I solemnly declare and strongly demand the following:

First, declare the entire June 3rd election as 'null and void from its origin'!
We cannot recognize even a single vote from the results of this election, which stole the sacred votes of the sovereign citizens and deprived them of their right to vote through organized election manipulation. The National Election Commission must immediately cease vote counting and accept the election's invalidation!

Second, demand the immediate implementation of a 'Special Prosecutor (SP)' investigation and a 'Parliamentary Inquiry' for those involved!
We can no longer leave the cat to guard the fish. To thoroughly investigate the truth and legally prosecute all involved individuals, we must implement an immediate special prosecutor and a parliamentary inquiry to fully expose the criminal election manipulation activities of the National Election Commission and the manipulating forces behind them!

Third, comprehensively reform the election system and hold a 're-election' under fair legislation!
Abolish early voting and electronic vote counting, which have become hotbeds of fraud and manipulation! Election manipulation can be prevented from its origin only by overhauling the election system to include 'same-day voting and polling station manual counting' where citizens vote directly on election day, and each vote is counted by hand at the polling station. And promptly conduct a full-scale re-election under this reformed system!

Fellow citizens, if the election, the foundation of democracy, collapses, the nation will collapse.
We will never back down until the reality of this massive election manipulation is fully revealed.
