[Statement] Korean-American Joint Investigation Group on Election Irregularities (KUJIT)

Esteemed citizens, and patriotic individuals who are awake to protect a fair and just Republic of Korea!

We, the Korean-American Joint Investigation Group on Election Irregularities (KUJIT), have closely monitored and investigated the entire process of the local elections and by-elections held on June 3, 2026. As a result, we have determined that this election was not a mere case of 'administrative error' or 'poor management'. We have confirmed that it was the worst planned fraudulent election and an election manipulation crime orchestrated by those in power, involving systematic 'vote inflation' in both early and main voting, serious 'computer manipulation', and large-scale 'introduction of forged ballots'.

Currently, the election procedures in the Republic of Korea are institutionalized in a way that makes fraud and manipulation far too easy.

What is even more serious is that these processes are not transparent at all, and the Election Commission is relentlessly trying to conceal the truth. Our investigation team officially requested the Election Commission to provide data and cooperate with on-site investigations to conduct a more precise and objective inquiry into the numerous suspicions that arose immediately after the election. However, the Election Commission thoroughly refused. This behavior by the Election Commission, which blocks even reasonable investigations seeking to uncover the truth, is tantamount to admitting its own lack of integrity and confessing its complicity in the fraudulent election.

This dire electoral reality in the Republic of Korea is also a cause for serious concern among international experts. At the recent 'Korean-American Election Integrity Press Conference,' former US Ambassador for International Criminal Justice, Morse Tan, and Dr. Douglas Frank, an authority on election statistical analysis, also issued strong warnings regarding this matter.

- Dr. Frank pointed out, "The election results in Korea are not the product of natural voter turnout patterns but a statistically impossible outcome manipulated by a thoroughly designed algorithm. The fatal evidence of computer manipulation, where votes are distributed in a fixed ratio, remains intact in Korea's election data."

- Ambassador Morse Tan stated, "The Korean election system, lacking transparency and with observer oversight thoroughly blocked, severely violates international election integrity standards. The opaque management of the entire voting process and the closed attitude of the Election Commission, which refuses investigations, is a grave human rights violation and an infringement of sovereignty that can never be tolerated in a free democratic nation."

As indicated by the experts, statistical and on-site evidence clearly shows that manipulation occurred at a consistent rate nationwide in this election. In particular, those who attempted to control and manipulate the complex ballots, numbering six or seven, failed to account for the strong desire of awakened citizens to vote in person on election day. This led to their failure to accurately match quantities and ratios, resulting in numerous trails of manipulation and ultimately leading to the unprecedented catastrophe of 'ballot shortages'.

At counting centers and polling stations across the country, veritable torrents of fake (forged) ballots were dumped.

The process of introducing these specific forged ballots is particularly astonishing. At the storage locations for early voting ballots within the jurisdiction nationwide, a shocking number of cases were discovered where the seals signed by observers at the time of the initial vote differed significantly from the seals confirmed before the counting. This is clear physical evidence that someone clandestinely tampered with the seals of the ballot storage locations in the dead of night, manipulated or concealed surveillance CCTV to cover it up, and then introduced a massive number of forged ballots, completely swapping the votes!

The process of overseas early voting (mail-in voting) is also a breeding ground for the distribution of these forged ballots. Once a ballot marked by a voter enters the post office, the observer's oversight process is completely omitted. The public has no way to verify what transformations or damages the mail-in ballots undergo during the days they are in transit through postal centers and logistics facilities. Given the condition of the ballots inside the envelopes and the bizarre fixed ratios observed during counting, we cannot dismiss the reasonable suspicion that forged ballots were meticulously created and distributed in large quantities from the outside during this opaque delivery process.

Most importantly, ballots printed from the roll paper used in the day-of-voting ballot printers, due to their nature, curl into a rounded shape. Therefore, they can never come out in a perfectly straight, stiff, brick-like form, like 'new currency ballots', without even a single fold mark. Nevertheless, bundles of forged ballots, like stacks of new banknotes, were found to be pouring out.

Furthermore, it is normal for ballots directly marked by voters at polling stations to show the red ink bleeding through to the back due to the nature of the ink. However, the forged ballots found in large numbers were clearly fake, with no red ink showing on the back or only black smudges remaining. Such illegally inserted forged ballots poured out from numerous counting centers nationwide, and even instances of mechanical manipulation, where only symbol number 1 was repeatedly printed by the electronic counting machines, were exposed in broad daylight.

How can such an unprecedented situation be merely a mistake! This is a meticulously planned election manipulation crime orchestrated by those in power.

Therefore, we, the Korean-American Joint Investigation Group on Election Irregularities (KUJIT), in the name of the people striving to protect the sovereignty of the Republic of Korea, solemnly demand the following:

First, declare the entirety of the June 3rd election, tainted by manipulation, as 'fundamentally null and void'!

The results of this election, which has lost transparency and is marred by the introduction of large-scale forged ballots and computer manipulation, cannot be recognized even for a single vote. The Election Commission must immediately halt the vote count and accept the election's nullification!

Second, Noh Tae-hak and Lee Jae-myung, who are responsible for large-scale election manipulation, must resign immediately!

Noh Tae-hak, the Chairman of the National Election Commission, who abandoned his constitutional duty and covered up and aided the worst fraudulent election in history, and Lee Jae-myung, who is the behind-the-scenes responsible party for this massive planned election manipulation, must offer a deep apology to the nation and resign from all their positions immediately!

Third, we demand the immediate introduction of a 'Special Prosecutor (SP)' and a 'National Assembly Audit and Inspection' to investigate the truth!

We can no longer entrust the elections of the Republic of Korea to an Election Commission that refuses even official cooperation. We demand an immediate SP and a parliamentary audit and inspection to thoroughly uncover the perpetrators behind this criminal election manipulation and to arrest and investigate all involved parties!

Fourth, reform the election system, which is a hotbed of irregularities, and hold 'new elections'!

Immediately abolish the current early voting system and electronic counting machines, which are institutionalized for easy manipulation! The system must be completely overhauled to 'same-day voting, in-person counting at polling stations' where citizens vote directly on the day and votes are counted one by one by hand at the polling station, and then promptly hold new elections!

Citizens, if the election, the flower of democracy, collapses, the future of the Republic of Korea will also collapse. We, the Korean-American Joint Investigation Group on Election Irregularities (KUJIT), will never back down against those who refuse to investigate and conceal the truth, until the reality of this massive election manipulation is revealed to the world. We will fight until justice prevails and a fair Republic of Korea stands tall!
