Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who entered South Korea as a member of the joint South Korea-US election fraud investigation team, confidently stated at an initial meeting with South Korean IT experts prior to his visit, "I am 100% sure that we will be able to expose the fraud in your country." 

Dr. Frank is the protagonist of this statement, which was featured in the joint investigation team's official promotional video posted on the X (formerly Twitter) account of SCIF (@TheSCIF), a US social media platform specializing in tracking election fraud. Although the investigation team's faces were blurred in the video, during a press conference at Incheon Airport on the 28th of last month, a popular YouTuber identified him and asked about this statement. Dr. Frank's response revealed for the first time that one of the previously hidden IT experts was Dr. Frank himself. 

Dr. Frank, who was personally recommended and dispatched to South Korea by Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, whom he met at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Texas with Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Liberty and Innovation Party, is a genius physicist with profound research achievements in surface electroanalytical chemistry, having graced the covers of prestigious scientific journals and authored approximately 60 scientific papers, according to his online biography. After leaving academia in 1996, he dedicated 25 years to gifted science education in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has been fiercely committed to uncovering the truth about election fraud since the 2020 US presidential election. 

He is credited with publicly demonstrating the algorithmic patterns that prove election manipulation in documentaries produced by Lindell, such as 'Absolute Interference,' where he has been at the forefront of uncovering the truth about election fraud in the US. 

The Actions of a Genius Physicist Risking His Life to Uncover Election Fraud Are of Paramount Interest. 

As of the end of early voting on the 30th of last month, there is no information on what results the Lindell team has collected or is currently working on. However, it is anticipated that the Lindell team, comprised of highly specialized experts, will be able to identify the information access logs to determine which IP addresses from foreign, especially adversarial, nations infiltrated the election system and participated in disruption or manipulation efforts. Specifically, they aim to pinpoint when and how these infiltrations occurred in our election system, how firewalls were breached, and how the outcome values were altered. 

Therefore, this issue will explain the process by which Dr. Frank analyzed data to discover 'algorithms,' based on the content exchanged in documentaries, to help readers understand how the Lindell team previously uncovered election fraud in the US. It is important to note in advance that the Trump administration has not yet officially announced interim or final investigation results regarding election fraud, and the left-leaning US mainstream media, dominated by pro-Democratic outlets, remains obsessed with labeling election fraud as a 'conspiracy theory.' 

"With the mindset of a physicist trying to understand and analyze phenomena, I studied the data, and shortly thereafter, I was able to discover the algorithm [of election fraud]." 

This is how Dr. Frank recalled his feelings when he first encountered an anomalous graph that was statistically impossible. His initial involvement began when a woman urgently contacted him, and as a scientist, he meticulously examined the graph. 

He recalled, "I was surprised to discover the algorithm that's being used to control how many registrations there are in a county and how many ballots there are in a county (it's surprising)."

"Absolutely Impossible by Manual Labor... Infiltration Occurs Three Times: Before, During, and After Manipulation." 

When asked by the documentary host, Chairman Lindell, if this was only possible through the internet or machines, he flatly replied, "There is no doubt." 

He then asserted, "It is absolutely possible only through machines that are online or when hackers gain access," repeatedly emphasizing, "It is absolutely impossible to do this manually." 

He revealed the shocking finding that servers are illegally infiltrated three times: during the preliminary stage, the manipulation stage, and the post-manipulation stage. 

Just as the Korean saying goes, 'The culprit always returns to the scene of the crime,' this implies another infiltration even after the manipulation to alter the outcome values. This further deepens suspicion, especially when combined with the National Intelligence Service's announcement during President Yoon Suk-yeol's administration that the password for the South Korean National Election Commission server was '12345.' 

Dr. Frank specifically stated, "There are stages," and confirmed, "(The access occurs) three times: before, during, and after the manipulation. That's correct." 

Dr. Frank and the Lindell team did not merely verify their hypotheses in a laboratory. They visited actual voters' homes to clearly identify the reasons for significant discrepancies in the number of registered voters. Unlike South Korea's early voting without paper voter rosters, the US has a 'registered database' in paper form, which is disclosed upon request by candidates. Political parties can also reportedly request its disclosure. 

Using the acquired voter lists, the team visited homes to ask and confirm if residents had actually participated in voting. This process added credibility beyond mere computer analysis. 

The results were astounding. In just one county, after knocking on 1,600 doors, they discovered that the names on the voter registry did not actually exist. [Although the land area differs, a county can be considered roughly equivalent to our 'gu' (district).] 

The existence of so-called 'phantom voters' was uncovered. The method of asking directly, "Does Mr. John Smith live at this address? Did he vote?" made it more reliable. The team had anticipated at least 30% phantom voters. This video did not disclose the exact percentage of phantom voters found through the home visits. 

However, Dr. Frank emphasized, "We investigated using that method, and it matched our expectations." 

He then revealed, "They were using people who didn't exist," and "They registered them to use the algorithm in the (electronic voting and counting) machines." He further interpreted, "The reason they do this is to consider what would happen if someone challenged the election after it was over (what if the election's challenged?)."

Anomalous Graph Patterns... "Our Election Attacked by Foreign Interference." 

Dr. Frank, considering scenarios where objections might arise, explained the analysis results: "If there's an objection, someone will count the ballots, and they must ensure the number of voters on the registry matches the number of ballots. This needs to be controlled, but the country is too large for a million people to sit at computers and control it. Therefore, an algorithm that computers can automatically control, and a set of steps, are required (have some algorithm, some set of steps that can computers can run automatically to control it)." 

He likened the algorithm to a "recipe for cooking." Just as there's a secret to achieving a delicious taste, there's a predetermined sequence to obtain desired results. 

At this point, Dr. Frank used the term 'credit line' to explain to Chairman Lindell. This term, commonly used in the US to refer to credit limits, serves as a basis or guideline from a bank's perspective to assess how much credit can be extended to an individual. It can be interpreted as a basis for judging how much faith to place in the announced election results. 

Pointing to research results displayed on the screen, he explained, "Every county in the US has a registered database. It contains records of names, registration dates and times, and birth information." 

He continued, "When these individuals vote and are recorded on the registry, it matches a small 'x' on the screen, but in reality, it sometimes doesn't match or there's no 'x.' We can see from the graph that many people did not vote, and the fact that the results indicate they voted means that the number of registrations is higher than the data officially listed on the rolls (credit line data for credit evaluation)." 

He then presented pattern analysis results from Ohio on screen, stating, "It doesn't matter at all who you voted for or what you did. [The anomalous graph patterns are] an attack on our (US) elections caused by foreign interference and evidence of foreign actors entering and domestic intruders being involved." 

Access Within the Computer Network of the Election Chief Secretary Like Home. 

When host Lindell asked if this meant it was "pre-programmed, right?", he responded, "They know they have to plan and prepare in advance, so they must access online. There is 100% evidence that these actions are carried out in stages: afterwards, during manipulation, and before." 

He noted that this analysis was only possible in states where voter rosters could be downloaded from the online web of the state's Secretary of State (equivalent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for a nation). In response, Lindell wittily remarked about Georgia, where Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, whose election administration was heavily debated during the 2020 US presidential election, was in charge, "In states with crooked Secretaries of State, like Brad, where there are such individuals, like in Georgia, we couldn't download it." 

In the documentary, Lindell also revealed, "We verified the IP addresses and the IDs of the computers." This can be interpreted as having secured and identified not only the foreign attack IP addresses familiar to some domestic conservatives who wish for election fraud to be exposed but also the origin of the computers used in the attacks. 

Therefore, it is natural to wonder how election fraud can be uncovered in South Korea, where paper voter rosters do not exist. The curiosity is amplified, particularly regarding early voting, which has historically been known to be where manipulation values are most significant.

The fact that Lindell's other documentary presents concrete methods for detecting online access via Wi-Fi at this point, after early voting has concluded in South Korea, is significant. [While there may be concerns about revealing these methods, unlike domestic leftist groups or ordinary citizens encountering this for the first time, international cartels have sufficiently grasped the overall methods through interviews with experts featured in publicly released documentaries and Lindell TV. It's just that the left-leaning media's failure to widely report on it means the majority of the public remains unaware.] 

An anonymous cybersecurity expert appeared in the studio and detailed the methods. His face was blurred, and his voice was distorted during the broadcast. 

Naturally, not all detection techniques were disclosed in full; only the case of China's TCL was revealed. 

"Identifying and Verifying IP Addresses of Regions Where Attacks or Interventions by White Hat Hackers Were Successful." 

According to this expert, during the 2020 US presidential election, TCL was found to have logged access to over 150 election servers across 14 states. 

Not only that, but the network of the Secretary of State was also included in these illegal attacks, which was shocking. Each state's Secretary of State is responsible for overseeing election affairs, similar to our city election commission chairmen. In essence, it's a surprising testimony that log records of infiltration into the Secretary of State's computers and alteration of results have been secured. It has not yet been disclosed whether the Secretaries of State were complicit in the manipulation or victims. 

The expert testified in the documentary, "Based on the data I collected and other acquired materials, I found more evidence of infiltration by China's TCL than we previously knew. They directly attacked us through the Secretaries of State, their computers, and machines." 

Using special equipment, he stated, "We found logs of internet access by China's state-owned company TCL, as well as Smartmatic records." 

Furthermore, there was an individual who appeared on the documentary with their face and real name revealed. 

John Mills, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and retired Colonel, who is well-known to domestic conservatives for his activities in South Korea around the June 3rd elections last year as part of an international election observation group, appeared and testified. 

Former generals and colonels who appeared in the documentary unanimously stated it was the work of the Chinese Communist Party, based on scientific identification methods. [Scene from the documentary]

"Cyber Warfare by the CCP... Biden's NSA Didn't Know? That's Absurd." 

Retired Colonel Phill Waldron stated, "Our team conducted IP identification work, focusing on areas where attacks or interventions were successful, centering on white hackers, and confirmed attacks from both within the US and from abroad." 

He added, "This is cyber warfare," and "It can be traced back to China's 'Unrestricted Warfare' doctrine." This book was authored in 1999 by Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Colonels Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsuai. 

This book was also mentioned by Chief Deputy Assistant Secretary John Mills at a press conference by the International Election Monitoring Organization (IEMT) held at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. last year. 

It is not publicly known whether Colonel Waldron is involved in the joint South Korea-US investigation team. However, given the various circumstances, the possibility of him secretly joining the US side cannot be ruled out. Currently, there is no information. 

A retired Army Major General, introduced as McAnner, also expressed deep concern in the documentary to Chairman Lindell, stating, "It is absurd to say that the US National Security Agency (NSA) and Cyber Command [under the Biden administration] missed such a vast amount of cyber warfare intelligence on November 4th [the day after the 2020 election]," and that the US is afflicted with cancer. 

This could be interpreted as an indirect acknowledgment of claims that the US has collected data that the NSA was tracking in real-time. 

The joint South Korea-US election fraud monitoring team is reportedly staying in the country even after the June 3rd election to continue their analysis, and their findings are highly anticipated.
