The Public Official Election Act and the election system of the Republic of Korea have had their foundations crumble long ago. It would be no exaggeration to say it's not a Public Official Election Act, but a malicious law for organized black market dealings in fraudulent elections.

The political circles and mainstream media are focusing solely on the 'shortage of ballots,' but this is merely a deception aimed at concealing the essence of fraudulent elections.

While holding the authority to amend the Public Official Election Act, the National Assembly has long ignored the loopholes in early voting, despite being aware of them. The National Assembly has maintained the vested interest cartel by condoning serious defects throughout the entire storage and transportation chain, including surveillance gaps at postal collection points, ballot boxes whose seals are disabled every night, and a centralized counting process with no movement tracking.

A re-election held with the existing fraudulent rules in place is nothing more than a formality. Without fundamental change, the bizarre phenomenon of ballots cast by the people transforming into stacks of crisp new bills at the counting center will repeat itself. The 'National Election Commission reform' that the media talks about is also a fiction. It is merely power struggles to strategically place their own people to control the National Election Commission, while neglecting the distorted system where incumbent judges oversee elections.

It is a law that can resolve issues through re-election in countries like Germany, where election transparency is established. What is needed in the Republic of Korea, where the system is contaminated, is not a hollow re-election, but thorough investigation and auditing of fraudulent elections.

While re-election itself presupposes fraudulent elections, what is more urgent for us is to make the government and the National Election Commission acknowledge the obviously fraudulent elections, rather than a re-election. If the government and the established system acknowledge the 'June 3rd fraudulent election,' it will automatically prove that the 'June 3rd presidential election' was also fraudulent, leading to the resignation of Lee Jae-myung.

The current administration, knowing the chain of fraudulent elections, will try to prevent the investigation of fraudulent elections, even by using state violence. However, the public outrage cannot be stopped by anyone. If the 'June 3rd fraudulent election' is officially recognized, the implementation of the so-called 'National Election Commission Muzzle Law (Information and Communications Network Act Amendment)' on July 7th can be nullified.

The 'National Election Commission Muzzle Law' is the world's worst malicious law, which frames legitimate suspicions about the election process and even the justified criticism of sovereign citizens as fake news, imposing a prison sentence of up to 10 years.

It is a dictatorial declaration of war that seeks to punish common-sense public doubt through law, and a tyrannical act that directly infringes upon the constitutional rights to freedom of expression and the right to a trial.

This June is the last golden time to rescue the collapsed liberal democracy by eradicating the 'June 3rd fraudulent election.' Therefore, we demand the following to crush the fraudulent election cartel:

First, the National Assembly must promptly enact the 'Special Act on the Investigation of National Election Commission's Infringement of Civil Rights and Truth of Fraudulent Elections' through a special prosecutor recommended by the opposition party, and appoint a special prosecutor with independent authority to thoroughly investigate fraudulent elections.

Second, the statute of limitations for election crimes must be permanently abolished, and a 'Special Tribunal for Fraudulent Elections' must be established to severely punish all individuals involved, including those who planned and orchestrated fraudulent elections.

Third, a 'National Movement Headquarters for the Recovery of Sovereignty' (tentatively named 'Jukukbon') must be formed to realize the value of popular sovereignty through election system improvement and a precise surveillance system, and to create a nationwide organization for citizen participation that fundamentally blocks fraudulent elections.
