In this June 3rd local election, there were 50 polling stations nationwide with insufficient ballots and 22 polling stations where voting was temporarily suspended. Citizens, enraged by the deprivation of their right to vote, are demanding a "re-election due to fraudulent elections" at the Jamsil counting center in Seoul. The "Save the Nation Comrades Association" has been holding a sovereignty protest for the fourth day in front of the Central Election Commission in Gwacheon, urging the "eradication of fraudulent elections through computer manipulation and a re-election." 

We define the June 3rd local election as a June 3rd fraudulent election due to computer manipulation. We demand a "re-election" with same-day voting only, without early voting. We repeatedly urge President Lee to apologize and resign due to the fraudulent election, and call for a joint investigation by the prosecution and police with expert participation, followed by a special prosecutor and a parliamentary audit. 

To investigate the June 3rd fraudulent election, we urge the arrest and investigation of Wi Cheol-hwan, standing committee member and key personnel of the Election Commission, and five computer personnel, and call for the following measures. 

First, judicial authorities must immediately seize the Election Commission's servers and physical data.

Video footage of vehicles carrying shredded ballots and partially burned shredded ballots has been confirmed. Under the current Public Official Election Act, the sealing obligation is limited to voted ballots only, leaving unused remaining ballots and computer server records in a legal blind spot. 

It is imperative to quickly secure all "unused remaining ballots" and "roll ballots" used for early voting, as well as voted ballots. The dark underbelly of the fraudulent election, where only 50% of ballots for voters were printed with a budget for 110% of ballots for voters, must be revealed by comparing and verifying the total number of ballots issued in the management ledger with the actual number of voters. 

▲Original computer server and forensic copies of log records must be secured. 

Securing the original integrated voter registry server and electronic counting machine log records and image files, which were not secured even during the December 3rd martial law, is the most urgent task. We urge immediate seizure by judicial authorities to prevent computer data from being suddenly edited, distorted, or deleted. A joint investigation by the prosecution and police without prior action is unreliable. 

▲The precedent of evidence destruction in the past "Incheon Yeon-su-eul lawsuit" must be prevented. 

During the past Yeon-su-eul election invalidation lawsuit, the Election Commission arbitrarily dismantled and relocated the core servers at the Gwanak headquarters and arbitrarily deleted log records and original images while the lawsuit was ongoing, nullifying judicial verification. This precedent of evidence destruction must never be repeated in the investigation of the June 3rd fraudulent election. 

Second, the government should consider the participation of computer experts for a transparent joint investigation by the prosecution and police. 

▲A preservation injunction for all physical evidence must be promptly granted. 

Securing all server records and remaining physical evidence from this June 3rd election without omission will form the basis for investigating the fraudulent election, demanding the president's resignation and punishment of those responsible, and amending the Public Official Election Act. Judicial authorities must not be swayed by the Election Commission's excuses and resistance to the investigation, which led the fraudulent election, and we urge the prompt granting of preservation injunctions for all physical evidence. 

Given the past practices of the prosecution and police in investigations of fraudulent elections, this joint investigation cannot be trusted, and therefore, computer experts, including foreigners, must be involved to ensure a fair investigation.

Judicial authorities must take responsibility for the mismanagement of election administration, and all Election Commission chairmen who also serve as judges must voluntarily resign. The National Intelligence Service must be fully deployed to thoroughly investigate election security, including any involvement of the Chinese Election Commission. 

▲The judiciary must cease its past practice of acting as a protective shield for the Election Commission and promptly process arrest warrant reviews related to fraudulent elections. Judges who refuse arrest warrants related to fraudulent elections, as in the past, will face national retribution. 

Fellow reservists and citizens! 

Let us leave the passionate demand for a re-election due to fraudulent elections in Jamsil to the youth, and we seniors will gather at the heart of the fraudulent election, the Central Election Commission in Gwacheon. Let us prevent the collapse of the Republic of Korea by ensuring forensic investigation of the Election Commission's servers and guarantee the freedom and prosperity of our descendants. 

Let us eradicate fraudulent elections through our struggle to save the nation and our fight for sovereignty. Let us gather en masse at the Central Election Commission in Gwacheon for this final opportunity to eradicate fraudulent elections, reveal them, crush them, and create a new history for the Republic of Korea.
