Today marks the 39th anniversary of the June 10th Democratic Uprising, when young university students and the "necktie brigade" united to cry out for democratization and freedom. However, the Republic of Korea is now facing an unprecedented dark age where the rule of law has collapsed more disastrously than during the 1987 democratic uprising, and the electoral system, the very foundation of democracy, has been violated.

While the prosecution and police have launched a joint investigation into the recently exposed allegations of election manipulation, this is merely a lukewarm, temporary measure to evade a special prosecutor and a parliamentary inquiry. The investigation team must be comprised not of individuals favorable to the current administration, but of young people, lawyers, and retired prosecutors and police officers who have consistently raised concerns about election fraud, to ensure fairness and rigor.

Furthermore, the current investigative authorities, in addressing the shortage of ballots, are focusing solely on the 'intentionality' of key election commission officials, showing a dismissive attitude that seeks to subtly grant them absolution or to dismiss it as a mere administrative error, thereby defying public sentiment.

This deviates significantly from the essence of the June 3rd incident and represents a dangerously misguided judgment of the public anger on the verge of eruption. We warn that if the investigative authorities ultimately betray the will of the people, it could lead to an uncontrollable surge of national outrage.

The reason for the sovereign people's anger is not election process errors or administrative miscalculations. It is the 'organized election fraud' itself, meticulously planned and executed with egregious corruption that has destroyed the national system. An unprecedented situation occurred where citizens could not exercise their right to vote due to a lack of ballots, and to gloss over this by focusing solely on 'intentionality' while ignoring the vast forces and structural corruption behind it is contrary to the law.

The June 3rd incident is the result of the election commission's unchecked monopoly on election administration for the past 64 years, a series of atrocities that have blinded and deafened the public, and it appears to have caught the tail of a vast election fraud cartel.

Therefore, we urge President Lee to resign, and for the pro-North Korean student activist leaders of the 586 generation, who gained prominence during the June 10th Uprising, to step down together. We also call for a decisive and transparent investigation by the joint investigation headquarters of the prosecution and police, and by judicial authorities, that penetrates the true nature of the June 3rd election fraud.

First, the investigation by the prosecution and police must focus on 'uncovering the reality' of the June 3rd election fraud, not on 'verifying intentionality.'

The June 3rd incident is an unprecedented organized crime that could never have occurred due to the deviation of individual staff members. Computer manipulation is something that only the planners, not the operational staff, would know. Instead of being swayed by the deceitful excuses of the suspects that it was a simple mistake, we must investigate numerous pieces of evidence such as fake ballots of non-standard size found at polling stations, bundles of ballots with serial numbers still attached, statistically impossible identical voting results from different polling stations, and the evaporation of voter lists, as well as the organized computer manipulation.

Do not waste time on proving intentionality, which is merely a tangential aspect of uncovering the truth. Instead, concentrate all efforts on revealing the vast network behind it: from when and under whose leadership, through what kind of manipulation, the people's sovereignty was usurped and distorted.

Second, seize and search the 'Election Commission's servers,' the Pandora's Box of election fraud, and commence forensic analysis.

In a digital election system, all data related to manipulation and conspiracy remain on the servers. The only key to resolving suspicions of data alteration, external hacking, and internal leakage is the forensic analysis of the National Election Commission's main servers and backup servers. Judicial authorities must seize and search the NEC servers and conduct digital forensic analysis to eliminate any lingering doubts, and transparently disclose the results to the public.

Third, completely eradicate the vast 'election fraud cartel' that has destroyed the right to participate in free and democratic elections.

The "entrenchment appointments" of judicial and electoral power during the Moon Jae-in administration, the rejection of early voting due to its high hacking risk, the refusal of manual counting as practiced in Taiwan, and further, the legislative assault by the Democratic Party threatening '10 years imprisonment' for criticizing the National Election Commission, all testify to the fact that the Supreme Court, the NEC, and pro-China political forces are bound together as a single, massive 'election fraud community.'

The architects of this sordid cartel, those involved in computer manipulation, and the government officials who condoned and abetted it must all be brought to justice and sentenced to the maximum penalty. As the lives of election fraud planners and masterminds are at stake, their resistance will manifest in ways beyond imagination, therefore, the investigation team must also risk their lives in undertaking this investigation.

Elections are the flower of democracy and its last bastion. If this collapses, there is no national legitimacy, nor a future. The joint investigation headquarters of the prosecution and police must approach the investigation with the resolve that they stand before the judgment of history, looking only to the people and the truth.

If, once again, the investigation is conducted perfunctorily, blurring the core issues and providing a pass, the "swords of outrage" of security organizations and patriotic citizens nationwide will be directed towards the resignation of the administration and the dissolution of the National Election Commission and the judiciary.

The current administration, the Democratic Party, and the National Election Commission, listen carefully!

Every vote cast by the people is sovereignty protected by sweat and blood. Power is finite, but the records of history are eternal. Abandon excuses and tricks, and reveal the reality of election fraud. The more you try to hide it, the more you will fuel unimaginable destruction and anger.

A "re-election" conducted without the resignation of the highest responsible parties, without the investigation of election fraud, without a complete overhaul of the manipulated election equipment and systems through personnel and material renewal, and without excising the poisonous clauses of the early voting system, is a grand deception of the public, a way to buy time for criminals to destroy evidence, and an act of treason and a declaration of war against the sovereign.

We declare that until the day the Republic of Korea is normalized through the investigation of election fraud and a complete revision of the election system followed by a re-election, we will not cease our sovereign struggle to crush election fraud through the ultimate means granted by the Constitution.
