Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who appeared on the U.S. Christian-perspective national security and political podcast "Brandon Howse Live" on the 23rd (local time), made these remarks while exposing the reality of election interference operations within South Korea.

Dr. Frank, an authority on U.S. election data analysis, visited South Korea as part of a joint Korea-U.S. election fraud investigation team around the time of the June 3rd local elections. During his appearance, he shared shocking personal anecdotes and exposed the reality of the "Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB)" hidden in the background.

According to an interview video released on the 29th by SCIF (@TheSCIF), a U.S. social media account specializing in tracking election fraud that is frequently cited and recognized by former U.S. President Donald Trump, Dr. Frank targeted A-WEB as the headquarters of a global election fraud cartel.

A single "selfie" in front of the A-WEB sign hit the "Achilles' heel" of anti-state forces.

Dr. Frank testified that a simple selfie he took during his visit to Korea, intended merely to record his movements as was his habit, became the center of a massive controversy.

Referring to his Korean guides from the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, including lawyer Park Joo-hyun and officials from the Liberty and Innovation Party, he asked the host, "They guided me to various places. As I always do to let people know where I am, I took a picture in front of the A-WEB sign and posted it on social media. Do you know what happened the next day?"

He continued, "The next morning, something unbelievable happened. I was on the main cover of the only conservative media outlet in Korea." He then revealed the cover of the *Korea-U.S. Daily* weekly magazine (Issue No. 12), which featured Dr. Frank on its cover, during the broadcast.

He went on to explain that he realized he had touched a massive "taboo" in Korean politics. "Just as there is the 'N-word' in the U.S.—a discriminatory term that must never be spoken—A-WEB was considered a 'dirty little secret' in Korean politics, to the point where no one dared to mention the name aloud," he said. "In the end, I had committed a 'faux pas' without knowing anything."

The single photograph left by the American expert was interpreted as a powerful message that "the U.S. has finally begun to seriously dig into the suspicions surrounding A-WEB and Korean elections," drawing significant attention from the public and the media.

Dr. Frank recalled, "With that one photo, I became an object of national interest overnight, almost like a hero." When host Howse expressed concern for his personal safety, asking if he had put himself in harm's way, Dr. Frank wittily replied, "I have no intention of taking any extreme measures. I love my wife and family, and I am in good health, so I will see this truth through to the end."

He then continued his sharp criticism of A-WEB.

"To define A-WEB in one word, it is the headquarters of a global election fraud cartel," Dr. Frank stated. "It was started by George Soros and has been supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which has effectively acted as a funding source for the CIA until last year. It is effectively an export hub that disseminates election methods susceptible to manipulation and fraud to its 120 member countries around the world."

He explained that A-WEB's status had been downgraded years ago after being embroiled in various election fraud controversies in Korea, leading to an office relocation and cuts in funding. However, according to his analysis, its roots and influence remain, threatening the credibility of election systems not only in Korea but across the globe.

"Ballot shortages? Because they were used up committing fraud during early voting."

Dr. Frank noted that he originally intended to spend his time in Korea meticulously analyzing the loopholes in the Korean election system based on data and graphs. However, the reality on the ground was challenging. His visit, closely linked to the Trump administration, held special significance for patriotic citizens, leading them to demand more from him. He presented detailed analytical data regarding the "ballot shortage" that occurred in dozens, and in some areas nearly 100, voting stations in conservative-leaning regions on election day, and offered a new interpretation.

"At first, I suspected that the election authorities had intentionally delivered fewer ballots to conservative areas. However, after re-analyzing the data from various angles, it appeared that the deliveries had been completed normally," he claimed. "The real reason for the ballot shortages was that too much fraud and manipulation had been committed during the two-day early voting period (Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30), causing the ballot supply to be exhausted in advance."

He added, "The National Election Commission and related agencies have essentially handed us the 'smoking gun' of the election fraud they committed on a silver platter."

Dr. Frank reiterated his intention to continue informing the world about the alleged election manipulation threatening South Korea's liberal democracy, based on the early voting data graphs and mathematical analysis results he has secured.
