"The Korean Peninsula remains the front line of a systemic war where communism and the free world are fiercely clashing. What threatening forces like North Korea, China, Russia, Venezuela, and Cuba fear most is the United States encouraging solidarity among Korean patriotic citizens and young Christians and intervening in the situation in Korea." 

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, who appeared on the U.S. security and political podcast from a Christian perspective, "Brandon Howse Live," on the 23rd (local time), revealed this while exposing the reality of election interference within Korea. 

Dr. Frank, an authority on U.S. election data analysis, shared shocking anecdotes from his time in Korea as a member of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team for Election Fraud around the June 3rd local elections. He also took the opportunity to expose the reality of the "Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB)."

According to an interview video released on the 29th by SCIF (@TheSCIF), a social media channel specializing in tracking election fraud in the U.S.—an outlet often cited by President Donald Trump—Dr. Frank targeted A-WEB as the headquarters of a global election fraud cartel.

Dr. Frank testified that a single selfie, taken during his visit to Korea simply to document his movements as per his usual habit, became the nucleus of a massive backlash.

Mentioning his Korean guides, including attorney Park Joo-hyun and members of the Liberty and Innovation Party, he asked the host, "They took me to various places, and as I always do, I took a photo in front of the A-WEB sign to signal my location on social media. Do you know what happened the next day?" 

He continued, "The next morning, something unbelievable happened. I was on the main cover of the only conservative media outlet in Korea." He then displayed the cover of the weekly Han-Mi Ilbo (Issue No. 12) featuring him as the cover story.

He went on to say that he realized he had touched a massive "taboo" in Korean politics. "Just as there is the 'N-word' in U.S. society—a derogatory term that must never be spoken—A-WEB is treated as a 'dirty little secret' in Korean politics, to the point where no one dares to even utter the name. Consequently, I had committed a 'faux pas' without knowing anything about it," he said.

The simple photo taken by an American expert was interpreted as a powerful message that "the U.S. has finally begun to dig into the suspicions surrounding A-WEB and the Korean elections," drawing significant attention from the public and the media.

Dr. Frank recalled, "With that one photo, I became the subject of national interest overnight, like a hero." When host Howse expressed concern for his safety, asking if he was putting himself in danger, Dr. Frank wittily replied, "I have no intention of making any extreme choices. I love my wife and family, and since I am in good health, I will uncover this truth to the end."

He then continued his unsparing criticism of A-WEB.

"To define A-WEB in one word, it is the headquarters of a global election fraud cartel," Dr. Frank asserted. "It was started by George Soros and was supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which, until last year, effectively served as a funding conduit for the CIA. It is essentially an export hub that spreads election methods capable of manipulation and fraud to its 120 member countries worldwide." 

He explained that A-WEB had its status downgraded years ago due to various election fraud controversies in Korea, leading to an office relocation and funding cuts. However, he analyzed that its roots and influence remain, threatening the credibility of election systems not only in Korea but around the world.

"A shortage of ballots? It was because they were exhausted from committing fraud during early voting."

Dr. Frank initially planned to spend his time in Korea meticulously analyzing the loopholes in the Korean election system based on data and graphs. However, the reality on the ground was difficult. His visit, closely associated with the Trump administration, held special significance for patriotic citizens, who expected more from him. He then presented analytical data on the "ballot shortage" that occurred at dozens, and in some cases over a hundred, polling stations in conservative-leaning areas on election day, offering a new interpretation. 

"At first, I suspected that the election management authorities had intentionally delivered fewer ballots to conservative areas, but after re-analyzing the data from various angles, it appeared that the delivery had been completed normally," he claimed. "The real reason there was a shortage of ballots was because too much fraud and manipulation were committed during the two days of early voting (May 29th and 30th), exhausting the supply ahead of time." 

"The election commission and related organizations practically handed us the 'smoking gun' of the election fraud they committed on a silver platter," he remarked.

Dr. Frank reiterated his commitment to continuously inform the world about the allegations of election manipulation threatening South Korea's liberal democracy, based on the early voting data graphs and mathematical analysis results he has secured.
