The company plans to make comprehensive regional investments, such as commencing the construction of the fifth plant at Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek campus, the world's largest semiconductor production hub, and building an AI data center in Jeonnam.
Despite deepening global economic uncertainty, the company plans to hire 60,000 new employees over the next five years and contribute to job creation for young people through corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Since 2010, the company has been providing incentives to improve work quality, boost morale, and prevent safety accidents for employees of partner companies working at semiconductor and display production sites. The total amount of incentives paid by the first half of this year is 814.6 billion won.
