At the "Free Democracy ROK-US Alliance Seattle Forum" in Seattle, USA, Ambassador Moss Tang specifically identified Seongnam City, South Korea, as a base for election fraud.

This event, held on December 13 (local time) at the Southcenter DoubleTree Hotel, was hosted by Korean organizations in Seattle and KCPAC (Korean Conservative Alliance) under the theme "Republic of Korea, Awaken Before the Truth!" It served as a forum to discuss the realities of threatened liberal democracy.

The speakers included: △Attorney Gordon Chang (Asia security expert), △Min Kyung-wook, Representative of KCPAC, △Moss Tang, former US State Department Ambassador for International Criminal Justice, and △Jeon Han-gil, Korean history lecturer (CEO of Jeon Han-gil News). Approximately 300 people attended the event, a slightly larger number than anticipated.

National Election Commission Cooperates with China's Huawei and Tencent

In his presentation, the first speaker, Attorney Gordon Chang, characterized China and Russia as an "authoritarian bloc" and emphasized the importance of ROK-US alliance solidarity.

Chang stated, "The election results of the 2020 general election and subsequent elections are statistically impossible." He added, "There were reports that the National Election Commission used equipment from China's Huawei, and that the Democratic Party collaborated with Chinese IT giant Tencent to develop algorithms for manipulating advance voting ballots."

He also revealed, "There are even allegations that Chinese nationals were hired to count ballots."

Furthermore, he claimed, "In July, an incident occurred where the current government raided Osan Air Base, leading to the leakage of classified data and key surveillance information. The US government strongly protested, resulting in the cancellation of at least two high-level ROK-US meetings."

Additionally, he expressed concern, stating, "China is violating the ROK-China fisheries agreement by recently installing a large steel structure in the provisional measures area of the West Sea. Chinese fishing vessels continue to enter Korean waters and plunder marine resources."

Limitations in Monitoring Due to Connection with 'Advance Voting/Counting Equipment' Servers

Min Kyung-wook, the second speaker, declared, "The issue of election fraud lies at the heart of the crisis facing the Republic of Korea today. Since realizing that I lost the election due to fraud in the April 15, 2020 general election, I have been working tirelessly to resolve this issue for the past six years."

Min further explained, "The method of election fraud has moved beyond past vote-buying or physical manipulation into the realm of 'cutting-edge digital crime.' Advance voting and counting equipment are connected to servers, creating limitations in observer monitoring in a wireless communication environment."

He also stated, "Former President Yoon Suk-yeol's emergency measures were also related to raising the issue of election fraud. At the time, there was an attempt to secure the servers of the National Election Commission." He announced to the world the background of the December 12-3 martial law, saying, "National administration was effectively paralyzed due to the National Assembly's budget cuts and successive impeachment attempts."

 Cyber Interference Based in Seongnam City Deleted Trump's Votes

Former Ambassador Moss Tang, who chairs KCPAC USA, characterized the 2020 US presidential election as a "stolen election." He claimed, "Cyber interference based in Seongnam City, South Korea, as well as in the UK and Hong Kong, was involved in deleting votes for candidate Trump during the 2020 US presidential election."

He particularly recalled, "South Korea's National Election Commission and the International Association of Election Management Bodies (A-WEB) are becoming conduits for exporting electronic election fraud worldwide. Consequently, the Trump administration cut over 80% of related aid budgets."

He further stated, "A fraudulent election mechanism combining Korean hardware, Chinese Huawei components, and Venezuelan software is aiding the rise of leftist forces globally."

Ambassador Tang also assessed the December 12-3 emergency martial law as "a legitimate exercise of authority under Article 77 of the Constitution. It was a national decision to restore paralyzed state administration and anti-espionage operational capabilities."

He also defined President Yoon Suk-yeol's current solitary confinement and retrial as "clear political persecution that directly violates the principle of double jeopardy and the international human rights standard known as the 'Nelson Mandela Rule.'"

He further argued, "Despite 80% of Koreans opposing Communist China, a pro-China figure took office because public opinion polls and elections were thoroughly manipulated."

Ambassador Tang noted, "The US administration is also closely monitoring the situation in South Korea." Citing a conversation at Mar-a-Lago, he revealed, "Strong sanctions cards such as visa restrictions, financial sanctions, and asset freezes are being discussed regarding the coup-like situation in South Korea."

KCTU, KEF, and DP Led the Impeachment Efforts

Jeon Han-gil, CEO of 'Jeon Han-gil News,' a former Korean history lecturer currently residing in the United States, stated, "In the two and a half years since President Yoon Suk-yeol's election, there have been 178 calls for his resignation and 30 impeachment attempts." He identified the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), the Korean Federation of Education & Culture (KEF), and the Democratic Party of Korea as the groups that spearheaded the candlelit rallies as the background for these efforts.

Jeon cited the example of a KCTU executive who received a confirmed conviction for espionage. He revealed, "The verdict included details of receiving hundreds of directives from North Korea. These directives contained instructions to hold rallies utilizing the Itaewon tragedy and the Fukushima wastewater issue, and to 'throw the Yoon Suk-yeol administration into chaos.'"

Jeon mentioned the allegations of manipulation of advance voting ballots in the 2020 general election by the National Election Commission and issues with server management. He claimed, "According to a March 2024 poll, public trust in the National Election Commission is only 46%, and the Board of Audit and Inspection's audit revealed 878 cases of personnel irregularities within the Election Commission."

He further stated, "President Yoon's criminal trial for sedition is scheduled for February of next year. If things proceed as they are, President Yoon will be acquitted. There is no one who knows better than President Lee Jae-myung, a former lawyer, that it was not sedition."

He concluded, "After the Lee Jae-myung side failed in their attempt to establish a 'sedition special prosecutor,' they even created a 'sedition-dedicated tribunal' to prevent their year-long fraud from being exposed to the public. President Yoon was subjected to a fraudulent impeachment."

KCPAC is an organization founded by Annie Chen, who advocates for anti-China and conservative ideologies. This rally was co-chaired by Key Jeon, former Chairman of KCPAC Seattle, and Lee Young-yoon, President of AKUS Seattle.
