“Chávez ordered Smartmatic to manufacture in China.”

Testimony has emerged that Smartmatic, an election manipulation system that has been accused of rigging elections worldwide after being developed and exported from Venezuela, was manufactured in a Chinese factory. This suggests a direct link between Smartmatic and China, and repercussions are expected.

SCIF (@TheSCIF), a social media account specializing in tracking election fraud, revealed on X (formerly Twitter) on the 6th (local time) that they obtained a statement from an insider claiming that the late Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez (died 2013) had "ordered Smartmatic to be manufactured in a designated Chinese factory" during his lifetime.

SCIF is an organization that has been tracking the realities of global election fraud cartels. Its credibility is recognized more than that of many media outlets, to the extent that former U.S. President Donald Trump directly shared an SCIF post related to election manipulation in Korea last December. Late last month, SCIF publicly accused Dominion hardware of being manufactured in Beijing, China, and smuggled into the United States.

According to SCIF's latest post, the "Bolivarian Project" promoted by Chávez during his lifetime aimed to manipulate presidential elections across South America using "Smartmatic software" to build an alliance of Venezuelan allies, and ultimately to elect a U.S. president favorable to Venezuela using this technology, SCIF analyzed.

Insiders also stated that Chávez said Iran and Serbia could provide technical support in case of problems with vote transmission, and confessed that "Smartmatic is directly related to Dominion Voting Systems," SCIF reported. Recently, suspicions have been raised that the actual operator of the Serbian manipulation organization is the Chinese Communist Party.

SCIF also announced that it had obtained testimony that Chávez frequently referred to Democrats in the U.S. Congress as "very good friends," and in particular, Chávez boasted of his friendships with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives who had visited Venezuela.

In connection with this, Hugo Carvajal Barrios, former head of Venezuela's military intelligence and a close confidant of Chávez and Maduro, who was arrested and extradited to the United States and is currently imprisoned, confessed in a letter sent to the White House late last year that "Smartmatic was developed as an election manipulation tool within Venezuela." He also revealed that "Venezuelan and Cuban intelligence agencies have infiltrated thousands of spies into the United States over decades, some of whom have become politicians."

On January 5th, lawyer Sidney Powell posted on her X account, introducing a statement and photos alleging that "former intelligence chief Hugo Carvajal suspects 12 U.S. senators are colluding with the Maduro regime," and predicted, "It will be a very interesting year."

Powell, who became widely known after the 2020 U.S. presidential election for likening the investigation of election fraud to "Kraken (a legendary Nordic sea monster)," was indicted and imprisoned for her fight to uncover the truth about election fraud. She was released on bail in 2023 and has recently intensified her offensive. On the evening of the 6th, she retweeted an SNS post containing a photo of Barack Obama warmly welcoming Chávez and his successor Maduro, with the caption "There's a reason Venezuela has never been liberated," expressing her agreement.

Evidence has also emerged that intelligence agencies, in addition to high-ranking U.S. government officials, are involved in the election fraud cartel.

In this post, SCIF stated that Smartmatic is just the tip of the iceberg in the entire scheme of election theft in the United States and worldwide, alleging that "a sinister faction within the U.S. CIA, other government agencies, and U.S. government officials were involved."

They then identified RUNBECK as another massive piece of the global election fraud mechanism puzzle. According to SCIF, this company is considered a "third collaborator" that colluded with Dominion to print, count, and deliver ballots readable by the Dominion voting system.

According to conventional wisdom on election manipulation methods, electronic manipulation alone is not sufficient; there must be offline participants to minimize the difference with physical ballots and match the manipulated values.

In Georgia, USA, during the 2020 presidential election, a "leakage" phenomenon was reported. With all observers removed and only minimal staff remaining, CCTV footage captured images of a large number of suspicious fake ballots being taken out from suitcases hidden under desks and replaced, a process known as "ballot stuffing." In the same election, in Georgia, one of the key swing states in the U.S., Joe Biden, with the help of an unusually steep upward graph, overtook President Trump, who had maintained the lead in vote share, in the early morning hours, reversing the outcome.

Meanwhile, Chávez, who died in 2013, transformed Venezuela, a representative pro-American country in South America, into an anti-American nation. Although once hailed as Venezuela's savior, he is still heavily criticized posthumously for his mismanagement, which led to U.S. economic sanctions and plunged Venezuela into the worst economic collapse and dictatorial state in South America.

Nicolás Maduro, Chávez's successor, was recently apprehended by U.S. special forces while in his pajamas and taken to a New York court. It is speculated that such an event could occur in any country worldwide that infringes upon U.S. national interests and liberal democracy. The Korean Peninsula, lacking fair elections, is no exception.
