Notably, Miru Systems Co., Ltd., based in Seongnam, which was mentioned in the video, is drawing extraordinary attention due to recent remarks by former U.S. Department of State Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice, Morse Tan, who stated that "cyber interference, not only from the UK and Hong Kong but also from Seongnam City in Korea, was involved in deleting votes for candidate Trump during the 2020 US presidential election." 

What is an Error Rate 750 Times the Allowed Limit?

First, a witness appearing on RSBN explained "how Dominion flipped the 2020 election results from Trump to Biden in Antrim County, Michigan, in the middle of the night."

He stated, "The permissible error rate is 1 error per 125,000 votes, but the error rate at the Dominion polling stations in Antrim County was 8.3 votes," adding, "This is a figure that is 750 times the allowed limit."

Furthermore, he revealed, "An official from the Secretary of State's office instructed volunteers during the Antrim County vote audit process to 'count multiple ballots with the same signature.'"

He alleged that "in the 2020 election, numerous 'errors' occurred due to △forged ballots △ballots processed multiple times by machines △double signatures detected manually, and various other fraudulent activities."

He further stated that an error rate reaching 750 times the permissible limit indicates that "Dominion's programmed machines automatically changed votes to Biden's, or someone manually clicked buttons to cast multiple votes for Biden all at once."

He emphatically declared:

"This was not a simple error, nor a clerical mistake, nor a mechanical defect. This was fraud. Mark my words. This is just one method of election fraud. There are many methods and techniques for manipulating election results."

The video also emphasized the need to "examine the high proportion of ballots that have now entered the adjudication phase," stating, "The adjudication phase is where a lot of fraud occurs, and it is merely one step in an entire fraud operation to manipulate election results, pass machine errors, or approve fraudulent votes detected during the audit process."

Another participant stated that there is a commonality between "68% of the total votes in Antrim County, Michigan, and 94% of the total votes in Fulton County, Georgia."

Additionally, numerous records were destroyed, and it was reported that "no physical evidence, such as logs or chain of custody records, could be reviewed." 

He suggested, "No action has been taken since the 2020 fraud incident, nor have we been allowed to take action. Trump was the true winner of the 2020 presidential election. All the fraud we examined occurred in just one locality. Imagine what is happening in the rest of the country."

He concluded by saying, "Most importantly, this has occurred nationwide and is happening in about 100 countries around the world. This is a fraudulent method used globally to rig and steal elections, because Dominion, Smartmatic, Miru Systems, etc., are all different branches of the same parent company."
