Kim Byung-joon, Co-Representative of Professors for Practicing Freedom and Justice (PPFJ)  On December 6th, a seminar titled “Election Fraud in the 6.3 Presidential Election (Original Title: Election Management Where the Principle of Network Segmentation for National Electronic Networks Was Broken)” was held, hosted by VON (Alliance for Rule of Law and Liberal Democracy). 

At this seminar, Professor Emeritus Do Kyung-gu of Hanyang University presented a very interesting fact. Currently, the Central Election Commission (CEC) is insisting on using electronic vote counting machines (vote manipulation machines), breaking down the principle of manual counting. However, the results of a re-examination through complete manual counting of properly marked ballots due to malfunctions of these vote manipulation machines have emerged. 

When we refer to election fraud, it typically means △storing ballots without any supervision, △manipulating the results of early voting, and △manipulating votes through vote manipulation machines. 

Early Printed Ballots Omitting the Election Manager’s Direct Seal

It is standard practice for the election manager to affix their personal seal on the ballots. However, by pre-printing the seals instead of direct stamping, a large number of fake ballots can be inserted. Early voting manipulation is carried out through these methods: △insertion of a large number of fake ballots and △vote swapping through vote manipulation machines after voting, or discarding properly marked actual ballots. 

Professor Do’s argument is as follows: the results of the same-day voting confirmed by manual counting without going through vote manipulation machines are the most reliable standard, and therefore, the extent of vote manipulation that occurred in early and same-day voting should be judged based on these results. 

2.25% of Physical Ballots Excluded Due to Manipulation… Large Sample to Prove Grounds for Fraud

Analysis of data received from the CEC revealed that a total of 437,000 physical ballots were excluded from same-day voting through manipulation. This represents 2.25% of the total same-day votes, a large enough sample to prove the grounds for fraud. 

Typically, opinion polls use samples of only about 1,000 to 3,000 people when targeting the entire electorate. If the sample size reaches 100,000, the prediction reliability converges to virtually over 99%. In light of these statistical principles, the manual counting data of 437,000 votes is an overwhelmingly large sample. Therefore, analyzing the tendencies of actual voters based on data of this magnitude is bound to have very high statistical precision. 

In the case of early voting ballots, as mentioned earlier, pre-manipulated ballots can be inserted without the election manager's signature or seal. Therefore, even if the ballots discarded by the vote manipulation machines are re-examined manually, there can be issues with reliability because there is a high possibility that the sample itself is contaminated. 

Results of Early and Same-Day Voting Should Be Consistent

Furthermore, according to the law of large numbers, if the voting is conducted among the same citizenry, the results of early voting and same-day voting should tend to be consistent, even if the dates differ. This is because both groups originate from the same population of Korean citizens, and it is statistically normal for their voting distributions to appear identical. 

The hypothesis that the leftists argue, stating that voting days are determined differently due to differences in political tendencies, is as ignorant as claiming that the salinity of the East Sea is different from the West Sea; it is not worth considering from the outset. 

Indeed, a simple verifiable clue is the fact that the proportion of elderly people aged 60 and over, who have been proven to be strongly conservative based on overall voting results, was the highest in early voting. 

Based on these premises, the manipulation results of the actual ballots, calculated in reverse, were truly enormous. 

Lee Jae-myung +7.7 million votes, Lee Jun-seok +1.07 million votes, Kim Moon-soo -2.08 million votes

First, candidate Lee Jae-myung had a total of over 6 million early voting ballots (including overseas, absentee, and in-district/out-of-district votes) added as fake ballots (phantom ballots). Additionally, a total of 1.7 million votes were fraudulently added through vote swapping between same-day and early voting via vote manipulation machines, resulting in a total of 7.7 million manipulated votes. 

Candidate Lee Jun-seok also had a total of 1.07 million votes fraudulently added, including 700,000 early voting ballots and 370,000 manipulated votes through the vote manipulation machine. 

In the case of candidate Kim Moon-soo, there was no vote addition in early voting, but only a fraudulent subtraction through the vote manipulation machine, resulting in a loss of 2.08 million votes. 

These estimated manipulated vote counts are calculated with a statistical confidence level of over 99%. Considering that the CEC server is not disclosed and a proper recount is not conducted within the legal period of 6 months, these statistical inferences can be considered to have a sufficiently rational basis. 

However, one more interesting fact was discovered. 

Jeolla Province Voters Showed Extreme Differences Compared to Other Regions

The distribution of the 440,000 votes counted through manual inspection by region is even more astonishing. First, the actual voting results of voters in the so-called Jeolla region (Gwangju, North Jeolla, South Jeolla) showed an extremely stark difference compared to other regions. 

According to the actual same-day manual counting results, Lee Jae-myung's supporters overwhelmingly dominated Gwangju with 79.4%, North Jeolla with 77.1%, and South Jeolla with 82.9%. In contrast, other regions started from 12.8% in Daegu and 14.1% in North Gyeongsang, with the highest being only 38.9% in Sejong and 39.9% in Jeju. 

Overall, Lee Jae-myung's vote share in regions other than Jeolla was slightly over 20%, while in the Jeolla region it was 80%. Thus, the public sentiment, as reflected in manual counting, was perfectly divided into a Jeolla vs. Non-Jeolla dichotomy. 

Nationwide, Lee Jae-myung's vote share was 33% and Kim Moon-soo's was 59%. At this point, the sentiment in the Jeolla region can be considered significantly detached from the sentiment of the entire nation. 

Biased Sentiment in Jeolla Can Be Transformed at Once

However, the author is not particularly worried about this biased sentiment in Jeolla. This is because the sentiment accumulated in Jeolla over the past 30 years can be transformed at once in the future. 

It is becoming increasingly difficult to do business in Jeolla, and youth employment opportunities are disappearing. Even if they move to Seoul or Busan, they are often alienated due to the accumulated learning effect of local residents. Most importantly, blindly loyal support for the leftist regime yields only relative deprivation. 

The author predicts that once the sentiment in Jeolla is reversed, it will never return. This is akin to the prodigal son returning to rebuild the household. 

Abolition of Early Voting and Electronic Vote Counters is the Only Solution

The reality of election fraud revealed in the 6.3 Presidential Election shows that the abolition of early voting and vote manipulation machines is the only solution. Although the solution is clear, it cannot be realized due to the various tricks and defenses of the leftist regime seeking to control power. 

However, if the state is set right through a change in government, such unconstitutional disorder will not be repeated. And this also applies to the sentiment in Jeolla. 

The task now is to "how to correct election fraud." The answer is already there, but it is difficult to implement. However, the author is confident that it can be resolved without much difficulty with a little thought. 

Lee Jae-myung Administration Makes a Series of Blunders in a Crisis Situation

Currently, Lee Jae-myung, who came to power through election fraud, is making a series of blunders in a crisis situation to preserve his own safety. We must fully utilize these missteps by Lee Jae-myung. If a leaking hole is visible in a dam on the verge of bursting, one must dig into it relentlessly for the dam to burst. 

The collapse of a regime can happen overnight, and if this becomes a flood and bursts the dam, a liberal democratic regime that is asymmetrically stabilized forever can be established with the expulsion of election fraud. 

The recent blunders of Lee Jae-myung, which expose his greatest weaknesses, can be summarized in the following five points: 

First, the persecution of the Unification Church. 

It is well known that the Unification Church has been a significant source of policy funding, crossing both left and right, since the Kim Dae-jung administration. Lee Jae-myung's attempt to ensnare President Yoon's wife, Kim Keon-hee, by pushing for a special prosecutor is likely to be his biggest blunder in power. 

Second, the crackdown on Coupang. 

Coupang, as mentioned previously, is a venture-type American company that aligns well with Korean sentiment. Most importantly, Coupang is a company that has revolutionized the distribution market. 

Coupang, which contacted the leaker on-site in China and retrieved the laptop directly from a Chinese river, emphasized, "This investigation was not 'internal.' It was an investigation conducted in close cooperation with the government every day for several weeks, following government directives." [Photo=Yonhap News]

Most importantly, Coupang is the only countermeasure that can strongly compete with Chinese companies. 

If Lee Jae-myung pressures and cripples Coupang under the pretext of a consumer information leak incident, the repercussions will not be limited to the demise of a single company. This could ultimately lead to weakened negotiation power with the United States and a sharp decline in the national economy. 

Third, the mention of North Korean remittance is a blunder. 

As the proverb goes, "A guilty conscience is a thief's worst enemy." Lee Jae-myung ordered the Korea Airports Corporation to prevent the concealment of currency in bookmarks at a meeting of relevant ministers. However, this raises strong suspicions that this is not how he handled North Korean remittances in the past. 

Moreover, the United States is seeking to concretize suspicions of Lee Jae-myung's North Korean remittances as a target of international sanctions through the UN Security Council. They are exerting pressure, including potential legal sanctions through the International Court of Justice (ICJ). 

Fourth, the establishment of a separate court for the rebellion trial. 

This is unconstitutional by any measure and an insult to the entire judiciary. Would not even the judges in the corrupted current judicial system protest when their livelihood is at stake? Foolish individuals will tremble and continue to act like pathetic turncoat prosecutors of the past, but it remains to be seen whether such subservience will continue regarding the resumption of Lee Jae-myung's trial. 

The last is the visa-free entry policy for Chinese citizens. 

Visa-free entry for Chinese citizens is practiced in developing countries such as Africa and South America. OECD countries are strengthening regulations on Chinese entry, which is pathetic. 

If Chinese citizens enter visa-free, while tourism revenue may increase, the harms will be severe, including disruption of the distribution market, becoming a hotbed for various violent crimes, and further use in election fraud. Over 80% of the public, who are anti-China, should retaliate against this. 

In particular, long-term organ trafficking, illegal confinement, human trafficking, and slave contracts in the Shinan salt fields are all related to the visa-free entry of Chinese citizens. The victims, the citizens, no longer need to endure this. 

By Reversing Lee Jae-myung's Blunders, the Malicious Regime Can Be Toppled

As the saying goes, "The tail betrays the body." Lee Jae-myung's malicious acts have long surpassed common sense, and in only six months of his administration, he has inflicted such anger and self-destruction upon the public for the first time in Korean history. 

However, these five blunders by Lee Jae-myung are problems that are easy to dismantle, and they can be seen as policy(?) challenges that are easy for our citizens to overcome if they unite. 

If our citizens can reverse these blunders of Lee Jae-myung, they can sufficiently topple the malicious regime and correct election fraud. True courage and conviction can be demonstrated by calmly assessing the situation and acting at the precise moment without missing it. Citizens of the Republic of Korea! Be strong!
