The 8-hour end-of-debate discussion surrounding allegations of election fraud inherently began with the structural limitation of attempting to resolve issues that should be handled through investigation and technical verification through a debate format. 

Nevertheless, this discussion served as an opportunity for many viewers to reconsider the problems within the National Election Commission's system and the background of the allegations raised. 

In the early stages of the debate, the representatives of CEO Jeon Han-gil appeared to be dragged along by Representative Lee Jun-seok's rapid shifts in speech and topic, unable to fully present their prepared materials and logic. 

However, as time went on, the roles of the panelists became clearer, and as accumulated data and technical explanations built up, the flow of the debate gradually found balance. 

In particular, the extensive data accumulated over many years by lawyer Park Joo-hyun played a crucial role in revealing the reality of the National Election Commission's system, which is accessed with limitations within a closed structure. 

CEO Jeon Han-gil's remarks unfolded in a coherent and to-the-point manner. Despite the limitations of having to resolve issues requiring factual verification through debate, he attempted to maintain the focus on technical and procedural problems. 

In contrast, Representative Lee Jun-seok repeatedly resorted to quibbling tactics, such as saying, "The wording is incorrect," "The word is inaccurate," "Margin of error," "That's a personal assertion," and "Who is the informant?" rather than presenting independent counter-arguments to the presented data or expert opinions. 

This was evaluated as blurring the essence of the topic and decreasing the productivity of the debate. 

Furthermore, the attitude of interrupting the other speaker or not listening fully to their explanations hindered the flow of the debate. The persistent focus on specific words, expressions, or minor errors fatigued the viewers and caused the debate to deviate from the core issues and devolve into unproductive arguments. 

Nevertheless, as the presented data accumulated and technical allegations became more specific, Representative Lee Jun-seok was observed to change his communication style and adjust his defensive stance. 

The difficulty in securing decisive evidence due to the National Election Commission's closed structure and the judiciary's tendency to reject cases was repeatedly mentioned throughout the debate. 

Restrictions on server access, non-disclosure of data, and procedural opacity served as the background for explaining why those raising allegations demanded technical verification. Even within these structural limitations, CEO Jeon Han-gil's side continued to provide technical explanations and present data within the possible scope. 

While it is difficult to definitively declare a winner or loser of the debate, the general consensus is that CEO Jeon Han-gil's side's concerns were conveyed more persuasively to many viewers. 

Most importantly, regardless of the truthfulness of the election fraud allegations, this debate served as an opportunity to re-emphasize the need for transparency in the National Election Commission's system and the importance of verification procedures. 

The remaining task is clear: both those raising allegations and those refuting them must ultimately resolve the issues through transparent verification procedures and institutional improvements. 

To block the channels for election fraud, individual vote management officials' seals must be used and electronic vote counting machines must be abolished. The debate is just the beginning; institutional mechanisms and technical verification must follow to reveal the truth. The question left by the 8-hour debate is ultimately one. 

Now, how will this issue be handled institutionally, and by whom?
