The "Fix the Election Server" National Movement Headquarters and political commentator Lee Sang-ro announced their plan to report Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae and National Election Commission Chairman Noh Tae-ak, who are suspected of abetting "brick ballot paper" irregularities, to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Jang Jae-eon, head of the "Fix the Election Server" National Movement Headquarters, and commentator Lee Sang-ro made a bombshell declaration at a rally condemning election fraud held at Seoul Station Square last week, stating their intention to report 15 election commission chairpersons to the CIA for negligence in overseeing vote counting. On the 28th, they followed up with a shocking announcement, stating, "We have decided to report Cho Hee-dae and Noh Tae-ak to U.S. intelligence agencies."

The "Fix the Election Server" side emphasized, "In the past, for the 3.15 fraudulent election, Minister of Home Affairs Choi In-kyu was executed," highlighting that "election fraud is a crime of utmost gravity."

On this day, commentator Lee Sang-ro revealed that he had sent a registered letter to Cho Hee-dae and Noh Tae-ak titled "Request for Explanation Regarding Dereliction of Duty and Election Fraud." He stated that he inquired about: ① the quantity of "brick ballot papers" manufactured, ② the manufacturing location of the "brick ballot papers" (China or Korea), ③ the funding sources for the manufacturing costs (whether from the Election Commission's budget or Chinese capital, etc.), ④ the delivery method of the "brick ballot papers" to polling stations after manufacturing, and ⑤ whether any election commission chairpersons refused the entry of "brick ballot papers" into polling stations.

Commentator Lee added, "If sufficient explanations are not provided, we will compile the relevant data and submit it to the CIA," emphasizing, "As this is a critical issue that shakes the foundation of democracy, an international investigation is necessary."

Meanwhile, at a rally condemning election fraud held on the 21st, Dr. Jang Jae-eon and commentator Lee Sang-ro made a bombshell declaration: "We will report 15 election commission chairpersons from areas where 'brick ballot paper' suspicions were raised during the 2022 Incheon Gyeyang-eul by-election, the 2024 general election, and the 2025 presidential election, to the CIA for alleged negligence in overseeing vote counting."

Commentator Lee Sang-ro stated, "I received replies from three of those judges. They uniformly argued that there are cases where ballots are not folded when placed in the ballot box, that ballots unfold when they pass through the sorting machine, and that these are not fraudulent ballots."

With the addition of Cho Hee-dae and Noh Tae-ak to the 15 judges mentioned at the previous rally, the number of individuals the civic group "Fix the Election Server" plans to report to the CIA now stands at 17.

Meanwhile, the rally, which featured speeches from various individuals and musical performances, was further energized by the impact of the "End of Election Fraud Debate" held the previous day.

One participant met at the rally commented, "Through this debate, the need for transparency in the Election Commission's system and verification procedures is increasingly becoming a public discourse. Despite numerous pieces of evidence, there are still those who refute the allegations of election fraud. Rebuttals are free, but they should not obstruct the transparency of verification procedures and the improvement of the election system."
