Choi Su-yong, former intelligence agent of the National Intelligence Service (formerly the Agency for National Security Planning), made a candid statement regarding the 'Suwon Election Training Institute Chinese Spy Ring Arrest Incident of the National Election Commission,' stating, "Election fraud is always exposed."

Appearing on the YouTube live broadcast 'Jeon Han-gil News' on the 4th, Choi stated, "The FBI already has all the evidence of how South Korea was involved in election fraud while investigating the 2020 US presidential election fraud." 

Regarding the evidence, he explained, "The most definitive evidence is a 'talking animal'."

When Jeon Han-gil, the CEO, did not understand, Choi clarified, "I'm talking about the Chinese spy ring. I mean the incident where 99 spies were arrested at the Suwon Election Training Institute."

Choi Su-yong explained, "The meaning of 99 is not about the number of people, but rather that 99% of the evidence has already been gathered, and if the spies confess, the remaining 1% will be fulfilled." He revealed that the 99 spy ring incident last year was true, stating, "'Our team' had already confirmed and verified it before reporter Heo Gyeom's report was released."

When Jeon asked, "Does 'our team' mean retired NIS agents?" Choi testified, "Yes. I interrogated Ahn Byung-hee, known as Captain Korea, continuously."

Furthermore, Choi stated, "Ahn Byung-hee was not a real agent."

He revealed, "I made Ahn Byung-hee sing the Green Beret (special forces) song, which he claimed to have sung, but he couldn't. When I offered my hand for a handshake, his hand was as delicate as a baby's. It was by no means the hand of someone who had undergone special training."

However, he added, "Although it was a lie that Capco himself claimed to be an agent, it is true that the US used him."

Jeon added, "As a tool for their operations."

Choi stated, "The US side employed Capco at an agricultural museum near the training institute for five to six months. Capco moved around inside, took pictures, and gathered information." He continued, "I have those photos. The list contains only Chinese names."

The work schedule provided by Mr. Ahn to the press. Mr. Ahn's name and phone number (same as the number known to the reporter) are listed. The reporter called others listed on the schedule and confirmed that Mr. Ahn actually worked there. The agricultural museum, where Mr. Ahn worked as a security guard, was the place that stored CCTV footage from the day of the martial law declaration. During his work, Mr. Ahn's primary duty was to watch CCTV screens familiar to the reader. Lawyer Lee Ha-sang, who defended Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun, stated in a dialogue with VON CEO Kim Mi-young in February of last year that he learned during the defense proceedings that Minister Kim had revealed that the martial law forces went to check the server at the Suwon Election Training Institute on the day of the emergency martial law declaration. 

He further provided additional evidence, stating, "Tens of millions of counterfeit ballots were brought in on HL8240 (Korean Air aircraft registration number) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Arizona, whether we printed them or China printed them. Tens of thousands of fake driver's licenses were brought in at O'Hare International Airport (Chicago), and John Mills revealed evidence with a Seongnam IP address."

However, he emphasized that the strongest evidence is the "talking animal – the Chinese spy ring."

Jeon Han-gil expressed his astonishment, saying, "If Choi Su-yong was not an NIS agent, the contents are so shocking that I cannot believe them."
