Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Liberty and Innovation Party, participated as an official speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, from March 25th (Wednesday) local time in the United States. He successfully informed the international community about the reality of South Korea's political crisis and solidified solidarity with the American conservative movement.

Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn Appeals to the International Community about South Korea's Crisis at CPAC

On the first day of CPAC, March 25th, Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn emphasized at the International Summit that "The Republic of Korea is a blood ally with a special relationship with the United States," and stated, "The Republic of Korea is currently facing a grave crisis. This is due to the leftists."

Leader Hwang directly conveyed the structural crisis in South Korean politics to the international audience, saying, "We are fighting against leftist communist forces, and at the core of this is election fraud." He added, "We are striving with the entire nation to overcome this dual crisis. We hope for cooperation with the United States and all Western forces," appealing for the necessity of solidarity with the international conservative movement.

Furthermore, Leader Hwang emphasized, "China is creating one of the significant crises. North Korea and China are in the process of dismantling the Republic of Korea, but we will surely fight and win," proclaiming to the international community the importance of building an anti-communist front through the solidarity of the free world.

Leader Hwang also asserted, "President Yoon Suk-yeol was illegally impeached, and there was no insurrection," directly appealing to the international audience about the injustice of the current impeachment situation. He concluded his remarks by reporting on the severe persecution of churches in South Korea, denouncing the infringement of religious freedom to the international community.

American University Students Voluntarily Visit Korean Booth, Expressing Empathy for "Free Yoon" and "Eliminate Election Fraud"

A particularly noteworthy scene at this CPAC was when American Gen MZ university students voluntarily visited the booth and expressed deep empathy for the political reality in South Korea.

Three young students from a university in Maryland visited the Korean booth for two consecutive days, spontaneously chanting slogans such as "President Yoon must be released," "Free Yoon," and "Yoon Again." 

The young Americans were already aware of Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn's fight to correct election fraud and his last-minute withdrawal to unify right-wing candidates in the previous presidential election. According to a party official, they stated, "We respect Leader Hwang for fighting for democracy," and held up banners that read "We go together" and "Election Fraud In Korea," chanting slogans together.

Other American university students from Pennsylvania also visited the booth and expressed their support for the South Korean conservative forces and the global movement to eliminate election fraud. They posed for commemorative photos with Leader Hwang, expressing strong solidarity.

Sequential Meetings with Key American Conservative Figures

During his participation in CPAC, Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn achieved diplomatic successes through a series of meetings with key figures from the American conservative movement.

He met with Carla Sands, former U.S. Ambassador to Denmark, who serves as the Chair of the Foreign Policy Initiative at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) and maintains close ties with the Trump administration. Ambassador Sands served as the U.S. Ambassador to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands from 2017 to 2021 during the first Trump administration and was also appointed to President Trump's Economic Advisory Council. 

He also met with Matt Schlapp, Chairman of the American Conservative Union (ACU). Chairman Schlapp, the head of the ACU, which hosts CPAC annually, is a key figure in the Republican conservative wing who served as White House Political Director during the George W. Bush administration. CPAC, under the ACU, is the largest conservative political conference where conservatives from around the world gather, and it has expanded significantly internationally since he took office as chairman.

He also met with Gordon G. Chang, an attorney. Gordon Chang is a world-renowned expert on China and North Korea, a prominent pro-South Korea and anti-China intellectual who has published numerous works. He has provided briefings on China to the CIA, Department of Defense, and Department of State, and is also a member of the CPAC board. This meeting served as an opportunity to confirm a shared understanding of South Korea's security crisis and the threats posed by China and North Korea.

In addition, Leader Hwang reportedly met with numerous influential figures from the global conservative movement during the CPAC event, broadening consensus on South Korean issues.

Broadcast Filming with Mike Lindell… Internationalizing South Korea's Election Fraud Issue

Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn participated in a broadcast filming with "Lindell TV," a conservative media platform operated by Mike Lindell. Lindell is the founder of "MyPillow," a strong supporter of President Trump, and a figure who has persistently raised issues of election fairness in the United States. He is a symbolic presence in the American conservative grassroots movement, having delivered pre-event speeches at dozens of Trump rallies. This appearance on Lindell TV provided an opportunity to directly inform American conservative media channels about the issue of election fraud in South Korea.

Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn to Deliver Solo Speech on Main Stage on March 27th Eastern Time, Titled "K-Pop Communist Hunter"

Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn is scheduled to deliver a solo speech titled "K-Pop Communist Hunter" on the Main Stage of CPAC at 10:05 AM Eastern Time on March 27th (Friday) (12:05 AM KST on March 28th, Saturday). The speech is expected to directly expose various issues such as election fraud, anti-state forces, communization, and church persecution in South Korea to the international audience, and appeal for active intervention from the United States and the Western world in Korean affairs.

Liberty and Innovation Intensifies Direct Diplomacy with the U.S.

The Liberty and Innovation Party dispatched a delegation of 15 members, including Leader Hwang Kyo-ahn, to this CPAC. During CPAC, Leader Hwang also conducted a series of interviews with independent media outlets, focusing on informing the international community about the "uncomfortable truths facing South Korea."
