On April 4th, the first anniversary of President Yoon Suk-yeol's impeachment, various rallies and marches took place throughout downtown Seoul.
At Seoul Station, amidst mild weather, numerous organizations and a large number of people, more than ever before, gathered. Groups such as Freedom University, the National Movement to Root Out Election Irregularities (Seobeokka), Ilpam-ilpa, the Senior Citizens' Group for the Eradication of Election Fraud, and the Central High School Patriotic Comrades Association chanted "Yoon Again."
"The Goal is to Remove the Republic of Korea's Nameplate Through Constitutional Amendment"
Seobeokka held a "National Report Rally" starting at 3 PM to review the achievements of past rallies.
At the rally, Jang Jae-eon, the representative of Seobeokka, declared, "It seems heaven has commanded us to achieve a triple crown by fighting against three entities: △the National Election Commission △A-WEP △and Miru Systems. We must carpet-bomb and eliminate the strongholds of election fraud through all-out struggle in April and May."

Professor Lee Je-bong of Ulsan University, who took the microphone next, stated, "Although we are campaigning to expose election fraud, election fraud itself is merely a means for constitutional amendment. On the 3rd, six political parties represented in the National Assembly, excluding the People Power Party, jointly proposed a constitutional amendment."
Professor Lee explained that the first reason the leftists are seeking constitutional amendment is to erase the founding ideology and incorporate 'May 18th' and the 'Busan-Masan Uprising'.
When President Syngman Rhee founded the Republic of Korea on August 15, 1948, he espoused liberalism and anti-communism as the founding ideologies. The proposed constitutional amendment aims to "negate the founding ideology of liberal democracy, anti-communism, and instead include May 18th, which is suspected of North Korean involvement."
The second purpose is to reform the power structure. Professor Lee emphasized the risks of constitutional amendment, stating, "Whether it becomes a presidential system or a parliamentary cabinet system, the conclusion will lead to a confucian state."
The third reason is that "the leftists are pursuing constitutional amendment to complete their 'corruption cartel, legal cartel, and financial cartel.' In a country where election fraud is fundamental, no matter how much you vote, the will of the people will not be reflected," he pointed out.

Professor Nam Kwang-gyu of Kookmin University Graduate School lamented, "This constitutional amendment will contain elements of Chinese-style socialism. The Democratic Party is pursuing its own constitutional amendment, but neither the People Power Party nor the media is paying much attention."
He specifically criticized the People Power Party, saying, "The June 3rd election is not important. The nameplate of the Republic of Korea is about to be removed. When your land deeds and house deeds are being taken away, what's the point of packing your household items?"
"We Will Carpet-Bomb the Strongholds of Election Fraud"
Lee Sang-ro, a former MBC reporter, revealed the certified letters sent to National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-shik and Judge Ji Gwi-yeon. Lee Sang-ro focused on issues in the election process, presenting evidence such as suspected forged ballots.

Based on photographic evidence obtained during the 22nd general election, he sent a letter to Speaker Woo stating, "In Geoje, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, overseas absentee ballots that should have been printed from different printers showed identical printing smudges in the same location, which is strong evidence that they were forged ballots produced at the same place."
He further argued, "Bricked ballots bound tightly like new currency, ballots with printing skewed to one side, and ballots with untorn serial numbers are difficult to consider as part of a normal election process. Also, the fact that early voting turnout rates were uniformly higher than the main voting in all 1,653 administrative districts in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon is mathematically difficult to accept."
Addressing Judge Ji, he recalled the recount situation in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon in 2021 and urged, "The scene of confusion upon seeing ballots stuck together like magnets remains on video record. You must provide a conscientious answer regarding your observation of this fact at that time."
At the end of the rally, young leaders Park Tae-hwan, Lim Hanna, Park Won-il, and Na Je-se, who came after the Gwanghwamun rally, heated up the atmosphere with powerful slogans, speeches, and songs.
In particular, Lim Hanna exclaimed, "We must stop excluding each other within the right-wing. What does it matter if it's Freedom University or Seobeokka? The right-wing must unite." In agreement, all rally participants stood up and danced and sang together, sharing a moment of unity.
The event, which began at 3 PM, continued with a street march from Seoul Station Square around 5 PM, extending to Exit 1 of Myeongdong Station.

Meanwhile, Freedom University (Representative Park Jun-young) began its march from Seoul Station at 2:30 PM before the Seobeokka rally, proceeding through City Hall Plaza and Jonggak to Tapgol Park. The ROTC Patriotic Comrades Association (Chairman Won Jong-sam) also joined the Freedom University march, carrying a large banner that read, "The country lives when you die."
It was a day when slogans such as △Yoon Again △Expose Election Fraud △Fake Lee Jae-myung △CCP OUT △Dissolve the Election Commission loudly shook the Seoul sky, more than ever before.
