Decisive testimony has emerged from an American election expert stating that U.S. President Donald Trump has secured all global communication data that has interfered with U.S. elections since 2018.

This shocking testimony came from a joint press conference held by Dr. Douglas G. Frank and former U.S. International Criminal Justice Scholar Morse H. Tan (Korean name: Dan Hyun-myung), who voluntarily initiated and organized it.

While it has been widely known through Edward Snowden's revelations that the U.S. has been real-time wiretapping and eavesdropping on global communications through the National Security Agency (NSA), this is the first time it has been revealed that the Space Force has collected and secured data from foreign entities that infiltrated U.S. election infrastructure and attempted to manipulate systems.

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, the chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, who is visiting Korea at the official invitation of Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation Party (former Prime Minister), made a bombshell revelation at the 'Korea-U.S. Election Integrity and Cybersecurity International Press Conference' held at the N-Palace Convention Center in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, at 2 p.m. on the 1st. He stated, "President Trump, who created 'Space Force' in 2018, has secured global communications that interfere with our (U.S.) elections through Space Force satellites (with Space Force satellite, he recorded its communication all around the world interfering on our elections)."

He had made the same statement during the introductory meeting with the Korean IT expert group of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team on the 20th of last month. This statement was considered under embargo due to special circumstances, and also reported it anonymously.

Dr. Frank also expressed confidence in revealing election fraud in Korea in a promotional video for the joint investigation team, which was uploaded to the X (formerly Twitter) account of SCIF (@TheSCIF), a social media platform specializing in tracking U.S. election fraud. Although the investigation team's faces were blurred in the video, a famous YouTuber, during a press conference at Incheon International Airport on the 28th of last month, identified him and asked about this statement. Dr. Frank's direct answer revealed for the first time that he was one of the IT experts who had been veiled in mystery.

"Trump created it because he couldn't trust the CIA and FBI... That's why we have Korean IP"

Dr. Frank further specified at the introductory meeting with the Korean team, "President Trump's creation of the Space Force during his first term was a measure to prevent election fraud." He added, "President Trump created the Space Force in 2018 to counter election fraud because he couldn't trust the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation)." With Dr. Frank's reiteration of this information on the international press conference stage on the 1st, the relevant embargo has now been lifted.

He and the Lindell team have not yet publicly disclosed how they obtained the Korean IP addresses.

Nevertheless, Dr. Frank stated, "That's why we have your (Korean) IP addresses," indirectly implying that they have obtained data from the Space Force that was used to hack U.S. election networks, and that some of this communication originated from Korea.

At the international press conference on the 1st, he only used the term 'recorded' for the Trump administration's Space Force. Therefore, it remains unclear whether this implies legal wiretapping or recording. It is also not clear at this time whether they only obtained IP address information or if they possess additional evidence.

"Confirmed partial communication transmission from Seongnam Sports Complex during the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election"

An interesting point is that in the documentary 'Absolute Interference' produced and aired in 2021 by Mike Lindell, Lindell himself stated, "the IP addresses and the IDs of the computers." This can be interpreted by some within the domestic conservative community who wish to uncover election fraud as having obtained and identified not only the foreign attack IP addresses but also the sources of the computers used in the attacks.

Dr. Douglas Frank, who appeared in this documentary, focused on the discovery of 'algorithms,' their inherent functions, and their connection to external communication. While explaining scientific and statistical anomaly graphs, he asserted, "This is absolutely possible only through machines that are online or when hackers are accessing them," and "It's impossible to do this manually."

[※In the 12th issue of 'Weekly Hanmi Ilbo,' to be published on the 3rd, we will focus on the hacking methods and detection techniques that Dr. Douglas Frank revealed in Lindell's documentary 'Absolute Interference.' ]

Shocking Claim: "A-WEB Members Knew About U.S. Election Interference"

At the international press conference, he also stated regarding the hacking sources that penetrated U.S. election infrastructure, "Some of that communication came from Korea," and confirmed, "I visited the Seongnam Sports Complex (as part of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team's activities) last time, and part of the communication was transmitted from there."

During the Q&A session, after receiving an official question from Jang Jae-eon, CEO of the National Election Commission Server Investigation National Movement Headquarters (Server-kka) (ROK Military Academy Class of 34), Dr. Frank made this unexpected public disclosure during his answer regarding A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies).

In response to Dr. Jang's previous question about whether there were any investigation results linking A-WEB to election fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, Dr. Frank said, "I don't have specific information that A-WEB itself interfered in the U.S. elections," but added, "I know that people, members in it, have interfered in U.S. elections," making another shocking claim.

"The U.S. is not waiting for Trump to save it... Korea should not wait either"

Dr. Frank also offered words of encouragement to those in some conservative circles who hope for U.S. intervention in the Korean situation.

Considering that the Trump administration has not yet released specific investigation results regarding election fraud, he urged, "Just as Americans are not waiting for Trump to save them, I hope that you Koreans also do not wait for Trump to come and save you," emphasizing the importance of active self-reliant action.

He also stressed the importance of solidarity, saying, "I, too, want to fight alongside you, shoulder to shoulder."

Dr. Frank received applause and a positive response from the audience when he stated, "You don't need many people to win; a very small number of dedicated individuals can ignite the flame."

"It must be done in a Bottom-Up manner (grassroots approach)"

He continued, "It must be done in a Bottom-Up manner (grassroots approach), starting from the people and moving upwards," and advised, "To exert national, country-wide influence, it must begin from the local level."

He quoted a saying from President Ronald Reagan.

He relayed, "President Reagan said that freedom is very fragile and that it doesn't take a generation for freedom to disappear." He added, "We are not simply choosing freedom; each generation must fight for and continuously defend freedom, because freedom can only come once, to one people."

Previously, Dr. Frank pointed out at last month's introductory meeting, "The purpose of (electronic voting) machines is not to manipulate votes. The purpose of the machines is to report the tally results and indicate how much fraud needs to be committed."

Seals torn and reattached... "It's just an illusion of an election, not a true election"

At the international press conference on the 1st, he also emphasized, "In elections where 'ballot stuffing' occurs, voters must be audited."

He elaborated, "Too many fake ballots are being inserted from fake voters," and stressed, "Auditing the voters and people is more effective than revealing election fraud through a recount."

Regarding his observations of Korean elections, he expressed his shock, stating, "It only gives the illusion of holding an election; it is not a true election," after witnessing election officials tear and reattach seals on ballot boxes.

Morse Tan: "Most wars are fought with ballots, not just bullets" - Urges vigilance

Morse H. Tan (Korean name: Dan Hyun-myung), former U.S. International Criminal Justice Scholar, who visited Korea last year with the International Election Monitoring Team (IEMT) along with Colonel John Mills (now Deputy Assistant Secretary of State) and Dr. Grant Newsham, warned about election fraud, saying, "Sometimes wars are fought with bullets, but most of the time, they are fought with ballots."

Tan, a member of the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, stated, "The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) openly speaks of and conducts 'Unrestricted Hybrid Warfare (Chosuhan-jeon)'," and warned, "The power-hungry CCP seeks to further expand its power through election theft."

"The core of election fraud is electronic... The problem lies in transmission/reception, tabulation, and centralized control methods"

He said, "There are many ways to create and inject a large number of fake ballots, but the core of election fraud is electronic," and demanded improvements, stating, "The problem lies in the fact that electronic devices transmit and receive data, and tabulation is done through a centralized control method, rather than at each polling station."

Tan stated, "Colonel John Mills, who accompanied me last year, said that the National Election Commission (NEC) of Korea is the Korean government itself," adding, "This is because in Korea, the NEC can grant power to those who seek it."

He continued, "Therefore, politicians are reluctant to displease the NEC, as they would be excluded from power if they did not." He urged, "I challenge the National Election Commission and A-WEB to disclose everything. Disclose the servers, disclose the electronic communication devices, and disclose the vote counting machines."

[Live Update-Comprehensive Report 2] Morse Tan: "Some wars are fought with bullets, most with ballots"

"Power-hungry Chinese Communist Party expanding global influence through election theft"

Morse H. Tan (Korean name: Dan Hyun-myung), former U.S. International Criminal Justice Scholar, who once again visited Korea with great expectations from patriotic citizens, emphasized, "The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is stealing elections worldwide as a method of 'Unrestricted Hybrid Warfare (Chosuhan-jeon)'." [Hwang Kyo-ahn TV Live Broadcast GIF]

Morse H. Tan (Korean name: Dan Hyun-myung), former U.S. International Criminal Justice Scholar and member of the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, stated, "Sometimes wars are fought with bullets, and in most other cases, they are fought with ballots."

At the press conference held at the N-Palace Convention Center in Pyeongtaek at 2 p.m. on the 1st, Morse Tan stated, "Whether you are aware of it or not, a war is taking place all over the world," drawing an analogy.

He continued, "The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) openly speaks of and conducts 'Unrestricted Hybrid Warfare (Chosuhan-jeon)'," pointing out, "The CCP is at the forefront of conquering the world and is a totalitarian state that greedily seeks to seize and expand power in any way possible."

He added, "One of its methods is election theft," and stated, "Election theft proceeds in only one direction. Globally, it is always from right to left," citing examples of election fraud patterns observed in the U.S. and Korea in countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador, Romania, El Salvador, and Bolivia.

Tan stated, "There are many ways to create and inject a large number of fake ballots, but that is not the core issue. The core of election fraud is electronic." He pointed out, "The problem lies in the fact that electronic devices transmit and receive data, and tabulation is done through a centralized control method, rather than at each polling station." He added, "Many people are already aware that Huawei components were included in voting machines in Korea, Venezuela, and the U.S. If such components are used for transmission and reception and are vulnerable to external attacks, you will have little confidence in the election."

He then lamented the reality of democracy being distorted by the misguided pursuit of profit by tech companies, saying, "Do you really think the Venezuelan people elected Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro? It's absurd."

[Live Update-Comprehensive] Frank: "Trump's Space Force Secured Data on Global Election Interference"

"Unsure about A-WEB's specific involvement in U.S. elections... Claims A-WEB members were involved"

Dr. Douglas Frank, invited to Korea by Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Freedom and Innovation Party, is revealing at a press conference in Pyeongtaek on the 1st that U.S. President Donald Trump has secured all global communication data that has interfered with U.S. elections since 2018 through Space Force satellite equipment. [Hwang Kyo-ahn TV Live Broadcast GIF]

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, revealed that U.S. President Donald Trump has secured all global communication data that has interfered with U.S. elections since 2018.

Dr. Frank made this unannounced public statement during his answer regarding A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies), after receiving a question from Jang Jae-eon, CEO of the National Election Commission Server Investigation National Movement Headquarters (Server-kka) (ROK Military Academy Class of 34).

He stated, "President Trump created 'Space Force' in 2018," and added, "With Space Force satellites, he secured global communications that interfere with our (U.S.) elections (with Space Force satellite, he recorded its communication all around the world interfering on our elections)."

Dr. Frank used only the term 'recorded,' and it is unclear whether this implies wiretapping or recording. Therefore, it is also unclear at this time whether they only obtained IP address information or if they possess additional evidence.

He further stated, "Some of that communication came from Korea," and confirmed, "I visited the Seongnam Sports Complex (as part of the Korea-U.S. Joint Investigation Team's activities) last time, and part of the communication was transmitted from there."

Earlier, during the Q&A session, Dr. Jang Jae-eon's first question was whether A-WEB had any investigation results linking it to election fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Dr. Frank responded, "I don't have specific information that A-WEB itself interfered in the U.S. elections," but added, "I know that people, members in it, have interfered in U.S. elections," making another shocking claim.

[Live Update-9th Report] Frank: "Just as in the U.S., Korea should not wait for Trump to save them"

"Reagan: Freedom is very fragile and must be fought for and defended"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, requested, "Just as Americans are not waiting for Trump to save them, I hope that you Koreans also do not wait for Trump to come and save you."

Dr. Frank added, "I, of course, also want to fight alongside you, shoulder to shoulder," expressing this sentiment.

He conveyed, "President Ronald Reagan said that freedom is very fragile and that it doesn't take a generation for freedom to disappear." He emphasized, "We are not simply choosing freedom; each generation must fight for and continuously defend freedom, because freedom can only come once, to one people."

He continued, "President Reagan said that there have been cases where people who have lost their freedom could not regain it. I am here in Korea for the first time, but I can tell you this: It looks very dangerous to me, but please never give up your freedom."

Following this, a scene from President Trump's inauguration speech in his first term in 2017 was displayed on the screen.

In the video, President Trump stated, "Today, we are here on a historic day to take back power from Washington D.C. and give it back to you, the People."

Dr. Frank had previously requested, "Just as Americans are not waiting for Trump to save them, I hope that you Koreans also do not wait for Trump to come and save you," receiving applause from the audience.

[Live Update-8th Report] Frank: "A few dedicated individuals igniting the flame can lead to victory... Many people are not needed"

"U.S. is also facing election warfare... It must start from the local level"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, emphasized, "You don't need many people to win. A very small number of dedicated individuals can ignite the flame."

Dr. Frank stated, "The same election warfare is being waged in the United States," and advised, "Politicians do not initiate parades, so it must be done in a bottom-up manner (from the people upwards). To exert national, country-wide influence, it must start from the local level."

He presented a solution, saying, "Thomas Jefferson said that when the people fear the government, it is tyranny; when the government fears the people, it is freedom. In Korea, there is much fear, raising concerns about whether you are under dictatorship, but the more so, the more a 'bottom-up' approach is required."

[Live Update-7th Report] Frank: "FBI announced that over 1 million forged Detroit ballots were brought in from China"

"Election systems cannot be trusted at all... a new system must be introduced"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, stated, "Last year, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced that over 1 million forged Detroit ballots were brought in from China."

Dr. Frank emphasized, "Therefore, recounting the ballots is not effective. It is more important for us to identify who legitimately exercised their right to vote."

He recommended, "A county in Northern California has built a new system. As this system begins to be adopted in various places in the U.S., we hope to see it adopted in Korea as well." He added, "This county (which experienced election fraud) does not trust its election system at all. Therefore, as video recordings are kept everywhere, you should not trust the system at all."

[Live Update-6th Report] Frank: "Ballot stuffing requires auditing the bogus votes"

"Too many fake ballots are being inserted from fake voters"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, stated, "In elections where ballot stuffing occurs, voters must be audited."

He emphasized, "Too many fake ballots are being inserted from fake voters," and stressed, "Auditing the voters and people is more effective than revealing election fraud through a recount."

Dr. Frank presented a chart, stating, "Korean team members secured data ('Daegu Suseong-gu Beomeo 2-dong' graphic), and the National Election Commission's announcement showed more votes than those directly counted by observers."

[* Chart Explanation: On the first day of early voting nationwide on the 29th of last month, the number of in-district early votes directly counted by hand by an observer in Beomeo 2-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, throughout the morning and afternoon was a total of 359 people. However, the number officially announced by the National Election Commission was 393. It was tallied that the NEC's announcement was 34 more, or 9.5%, than the number directly counted by the observer.]

He then held up a bundle of banknotes and said, "People tend to focus only on the ballots, but how accurately the votes were counted is more important," showing the back of the banknote bundle he was holding. Fake banknotes were interspersed on the back.

He questioned, "In Korea, candidates legally have the right to obtain a list of people who voted. They can have not only the voter registry but also a list of people who actually exercised their voting rights and voted, but the National Election Commission, despite being stipulated by law, does not provide this list. What are they hiding? Why are they not showing the vote counting process?"

He then emphasized, "Because the problems in Korea are the same as the problems in the U.S."

[Live Update-5th Report] Frank: "Electronic vote counting machines facilitate fraud"

"Korea and the U.S. show voter increases steeper than population growth"

Vote inflation phenomena since the introduction of electronic vote counting machines

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, emphasized, "Machines (electronic vote counting machines) make cheating easier."

He questioned, "Korea has many people who can count votes by hand, so are electronic voting machines really necessary?" pointing to the root of the problem.

Presenting analysis results for Korea in a graph, Frank stated, "I created a graph showing the trends of voter and population increases in Korea and the U.S. from the 1980s to the present." He continued, "Looking at the voter increase trends in Korea and the U.S., you can see that they are increasing more steeply than the population increase trend."

He explained, "That's why there are so many people on the voter registry." He added, "If you lower the population line, you can see that the red line of voters exceeds it. This means there are more voters than the population."

He then emphasized, "This is why I am here. Because the problems you (Koreans) have are the same as the problems the U.S. has."

He further stated, "The number of voters in all major cities in Korea shows a similarly steep rise in the number of voters in each city during the same period." He added, "This is precisely because electronic vote counting machines were introduced at that time."

[Live Update-4th Report] Frank: "Numerous similarities between Korean and U.S. elections are concerning"

"Individual election officials do not know what is happening in centralized control"

"When someone says 'This is election fraud,' they take it personally (offensively)"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, stated, "It is concerning that many similarities are found in elections between Korea and the U.S."

He pointed out, "The biggest problem is that in the U.S., it is centrally controlled by the state government, and similarly in Korea, it is controlled centrally like a U.S. state." He added, "We have lost our sovereignty under the constitution because we do not have control."

Dr. Frank displayed a diagram of "dumb terminals" that do not have their own functions linked to a central computer during his presentation. He emphasized, "Both the U.S. and Korea's election systems are the same in that the terminals have no files, programs, or data, and rely entirely on the central computer."

He further explained, "Election officials are not managing their own lists of who voted, nor are they counting each ballot, nor are they individually checking who the voters are. Everything is done remotely by a central system, which is the same in both the U.S. and Korea."

He added, "I have observed election officials for the past few days, and they are working very hard. So, when someone says, 'There is election fraud,' they take it personally (offensively)." He clarified, "I am not saying that they are dishonest or that election integrity has been compromised. It's about what happens after they have diligently and thoroughly moved the ballots from the polling stations."

He then noted, "We must pay attention to Stalin's quote that those who vote do not decide anything, but those who count the votes decide everything."

[Live Update-3rd Report] Frank: "Election reform will be effective only when citizens hold sovereignty, not through a top-down approach"

Keynote speech at the first rally after the end of Trump's first term

"I have come to Korea with extensive experience in election analysis"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, emphasized the importance of public participation in election reform, stating, "Election fraud can be eliminated only when the top-down approach is abolished and citizens hold sovereignty."

He shared his experience, saying, "When I started saying that the top-down approach should be avoided and that local people should regain local initiative and sovereignty, the (public awakening) began to take effect."

Dr. Frank stated that after he began his research, he appeared in Lindell's documentary 'Absolute Interference,' and his phone was flooded with requests from across the U.S. to examine their elections due to suspicious anomalies.

He continued, "I spent more than 25 days each month traveling to counties across the country to investigate suspicious aspects of elections." He added, "Later, I had the opportunity to speak as a keynote speaker at the first rally (speech) held by President Donald Trump after completing his first term in office, which led to our connection."

At that time, President Trump said, "I asked people around the world to explain how my election was stolen. I gave 1,100 presentations and had hundreds of private meetings."

He then emphasized, "I have come to Korea with extensive experience in analyzing various election cases."

[Live Update-2nd Report] Frank: "I was nominated for the Nobel Prize"

Nobel Prize in Chemistry in the 1990s

"It is an honor to join this fight with you"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank, chief data analyst for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, introduced himself, saying, "I was nominated for the Nobel Prize."

At the press conference held at the N-Palace Convention Center in Pyeongtaek at 2 p.m. on the 1st, Dr. Frank stated, "I was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in the 1990s."

He had mentioned his nomination for the Nobel Prize at the introductory meeting with the Korean IT experts of the investigation team last month.

While he is introduced as a nominee on various platforms such as Amazon, portals, podcasts, and organizations, the Nobel Foundation applies a strict 50-year confidentiality rule to all nominees, making cross-verification impossible.

His statement today has officially confirmed it once again.

He reiterated, "I am honored to join this fight with you," and expressed his support for the patriotic right-wing citizens of Korea.

Dr. Frank also revealed his friendships with President Trump, Lindell, Patrick Byrne (founder of Overstock.com), and Tina Peters (former Mesa County Clerk). He had stated at the introductory meeting, "Tina Peters has worked with me from the beginning, and I testified for her release," and "I am also friends with Patrick Byrne and we discuss many things."

[Live Update-Breaking News] Frank: "It's just an illusion of an election, not a true election"

Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team Press Conference

"Shocked by the sight of seals being torn and reattached"

Dr. Douglas G. Frank of the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Team, who monitored early voting in Korea for two days, made a shocking statement: "It only gives the illusion of holding an election; it is not a true election."

At the press conference held at the N-Palace Convention Center in Pyeongtaek at 2 p.m. on the 1st, Dr. Frank said, "One of the sites I visited yesterday was a location where early voting ballots were stored. I was shocked to witness an election official tear and reattach a seal on the box," stating this.

As the chief data analyst for the investigation team, he monitored early voting for the National Assembly by-elections held concurrently with the June 3rd local elections. He questioned, "What is the purpose of a seal? Why is it used if it's simply torn and reattached?"

He also added, "After visiting A-WEB (Association of World Election Bodies), I was also greatly shocked. While the U.S. election had many problems, I felt similar commonalities with the problems in the U.S. from A-WEB."

Dr. Frank is currently giving a lecture on the topic of 'Comparing Elections in the USA and South Korea.'

The event, which will continue until 5 p.m. today, is being broadcast live on YouTube channels such as Hwang Kyo-ahn TV and Park Ju-hyun TV.
