  • We urge the Seoul National University Student Council to take strong action!

If you couldn't take the exam because there weren't enough exam papers, is it a fair exam?

If you couldn't vote because there weren't enough ballots, is this a fair election!

Someone once said that if you are asked about the future of our nation, you should look up at Gwanak. Is Seoul National University still prepared to meet this expectation? Or is it now just an outdated lament? I want to ask. Will the Seoul National University Student Council remain silent?

An overwhelming number of suspicions are being raised. China's covert infiltration is now blatant. The Democratic Party is even threatening to silence dissent by creating laws. In such a situation, are those who worry about China's election interference and distrust the election truly conspiracy theorists? In the midst of this, maintaining the Xi Jinping reading room in the middle of the SNU Central Library is an extremely humiliating act.

If we look at this calmly from a distance, opinions may differ on whether specific content is clear evidence of election fraud or not. However, despite the multitude of suspicions raised, no institutional improvements have been made at all.

The Supreme Court has only fueled distrust with its bizarre ruling that those claiming election fraud must prove it. How can people who have no investigative powers prove it? Even though it is legal common sense that the burden of proof should shift to the Election Commission, which is responsible for the overall election, when suspicious circumstances arise, the Supreme Court made an extremely irresponsible ruling.

The Election Commission is criticized as a family company mired in various corruption scandals. Kwon Soon-il, a former Supreme Court Justice who was the chairman of the Central Election Commission and was mentioned as a suspect in the so-called "Daejang-dong 5 billion club" allegations, has not yet even had his first-instance trial.

With the number of Supreme Court justices increasing to the level of Venezuela, and with offenses such as the distortion of law, the very reliability of South Korea's judicial system is now fundamentally questionable. Issues with the computer system and hacking are also continuously raised. The very act of mocking and treating law-abiding citizens who are angered by all these situations and raise reasonable suspicions as criminals is arrogance and dictatorship disguised as democracy.

Does the Democratic Party of Korea have any right to speak of democracy! Will they remain silent in a situation where national sovereignty and democracy are clearly violated! Selective justice is tiresome. Regardless of left or right, isn't this a clear problem? The People Power Party is no different. They deserve to be called complicit because they have scorned citizens who distrust elections and have postponed substantive responses, including institutional improvements.

Is the master of the Republic of Korea the people? Or is it the corrupt Election Commission, which claims to be a constitutional body and reigns above the people, and furthermore, some cartel colluding with them? The people's right to verify must be guaranteed, and suspicions must be resolved. And there must be institutional improvements to preemptively block suspicions. This is the argument that the Truth Forum has consistently advocated for since the April 15, 2020 general election. Regardless of left or right, isn't this extremely common sense? Without fundamental improvements to the electoral system, which should naturally exist, these suspicions, despair, and distrust will inevitably continue.

The stench of systemic election fraud is overwhelming.

Abolish early voting!

On-site manual counting of votes at each polling station on election day!

Re-conduct the election!

젊은이 들이 부정선거를 묵인한다면 미래는 암흑적인 독재 국가를 맞이 하게 될것이다.
