The Republic of Korea cannot take a single step forward without eradicating election fraud. The fairness and transparency of elections are the heartbeat of liberal democracy, and they serve as the backbone that allows the people to select public servants and maintain the survival and continuity of the nation.

Eradicating election fraud, which undermines the foundations of liberal democracy, is not merely a matter of political debate. It is the only way to fully reclaim the inherent rights of sovereign citizens, save the Republic of Korea from crisis, and restore justice and righteousness.

Eradicating election fraud is a desperate struggle to suppress a "civil insurrection" that has been unfolding in silence, and a grand liberalization movement to rectify a human civilization stained by the One Belt One Road initiative, encroachment, corruption, and hypocrisy. The day when election fraud is completely eradicated and morality, conscience, and the right path are restored will be a "second Independence Day" and a true "Founding Day" in the truest sense.

Once the darkness of election fraud, which has swallowed popular sovereignty, is driven out and the sun of free sovereignty finally rises, Hallasan’s Cheonjiyeon Lake will respond with clear waters, and the Han River will dance with joy at the sense of relief that the nation has been reclaimed.

We will not feel the pain even if we ring the Bosingak bell in Gwanghwamun with our own heads. We will endure any suffering necessary to protect our sovereignty for the sake of a free and prosperous world for our children and descendants.

It is, for now, encouraging that the Joint Investigation Headquarters has recently secured materials from past nationwide elections and launched an all-out investigation following the recent shortage of ballot papers. We hope this will serve as a decisive turning point in uncovering the reality of election fraud with a sense of mission to normalize the Republic of Korea, regardless of any pressure, and we urge the following.

First, Jang Dong-hyuk and Kim Moon-soo must stake their lives and take the lead in eradicating election fraud.

The hero who completes the historical mission of eradicating election fraud will become the true leader to guide the future of the Republic of Korea and the free world. Kim Moon-soo must painfully repent for the error of the day he earned the bitter nickname "Kim Seung-bok" (Kim the Conceder) by hastily declaring his acceptance of the presidential election results before the vote-counting broadcast had even finished on May 10 of last year.

At the time, Kim Moon-soo, along with then-general election campaign manager Jang Dong-hyuk, missed the golden time to declare election fraud, mobilize the campaign’s organizational power to protect the seals of the ballot boxes, open the servers to expose the fraud, and eradicate the rigging.

Perhaps by the grace of heaven or the help of an unseen benefactor, the core of the election fraud—electronic manipulation—was caught due to the June 3 ballot paper shortage. Now is the time for Kim Moon-soo to stop being a cowardly bystander who watches the fire from across the river by suggesting things like "look into the May 9, 2025 presidential election," and instead transform completely into a fighter for the eradication of election fraud and become a warrior who saves the Republic of Korea. It may be a destiny that was determined long ago.

Jang Dong-hyuk and Kim Moon-soo must revive the memories and organization of the powerful political coalition they once built, conduct a perfect forensic analysis of the National Election Commission's (NEC) computer network and presidential election servers, restore the constitutional order collapsed by election fraud, and reclaim the rights of sovereign citizens.

If necessary, building on the security stance of the U.S.-ROK Alliance based on Article 3 of the Mutual Defense Treaty, they must share evidence of cyber-tactical intervention by foreign forces threatening national security with joint ROK-U.S. intelligence agencies, and thoroughly expose the cyber aggression of Communist China and North Korea, as well as the domestic and international conspirators including A-WEB involved in it.

Second, all heads of local election commissions nationwide, who concurrently serve as Supreme Court justices, chief judges, and judges, must voluntarily resign.

The recount case in Tongyeong by Lee Young-hoon, head of the Gyeongnam Election Commission who concurrently serves as the Chief Judge of Changwon District Court, exposed the fatal limitations of the current election management system. Ignoring specific objections and evidence of election fraud raised by the petitioners—such as damaged seals, CCTV issues at storage sites, refusal of filming permits, and countless fake ballots—and focusing only on defending the Election Commission he heads demonstrated the structural ills of an Election Commission staffed by sitting judges.

How long will we tolerate the fatal conflict of interest where one judges the very election one supervised? The only way to rectify the constitutional order collapsed by the structural contradiction of an Election Commission where the player also acts as the referee is for all judges serving as heads of local election commissions to resign from their election commission positions.

Thoroughly separating the "management body" of an election from the "adjudication body" to pave the way for a strict investigation is the only way for the judiciary to resolve its own problems and fulfill its final responsibility to the people who yearn for the restoration of sovereignty.

Judges who serve as heads of election commissions nationwide must resign voluntarily right now, and the eight Constitutional Court justices who ignored the evidence of election fraud during the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk-yeol must immediately apologize and take the lead in his release. We also urge Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae, who bears indirect responsibility for the current election fraud, to issue a public apology to the nation and resume the halted trials to restore justice in the judiciary according to principles.

Third, let us all join the struggle for sovereignty until the day election fraud is eradicated.

The tail and the body of the election fraud have been caught. The election fraud cartel is resisting with their lives at stake. Together with the 'Patriotic Citizens' Coalition to Open the Servers,' we will build a grassroots communication network connecting the entire nation. Furthermore, we will designate Wednesdays and Saturdays at 15:00 as the 'Day of Action for the Restoration of Popular Sovereignty,' filling squares across the country with loud shouts and placards, and we will denounce politicians and media outlets that do not join the movement to eradicate election fraud, demanding their resignation and the closure of such media outlets.

We now pledge and declare that we will sharpen and reorganize our unwavering struggle for sovereignty and the spirit of the pro-democracy movement, root out the "real insurrectionist" forces attempting to cover up election fraud, and complete the great civil revolution that restores liberal democracy.
