President Donald Trump announced on Friday, the 28th, that he would nullify all executive orders and documents for which it was alleged that former President Joe Biden had signed using an autopen, claiming that the former president had not actually authorized its use.

Allegations that Biden used an autopen for controversial orders and pardons during the final months of his presidency have been subject to investigations by the Republican-led Congress and the White House this year.

Trump claimed that the Biden team within the White House primarily used the autopen without the former president's approval, and that any orders lacking Biden's personal signature would be rescinded.

Trump wrote on Truth Social, "All documents signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with an autopen (approximately 92%) are hereby null and void and have no further legal effect," adding, "The use of an autopen is not permitted without explicit approval from the President of the United States."

He continued, "Those who manipulated the autopen did so illegally, and therefore, I am hereby nullifying all executive orders and all other things that Crooked Joe Biden did not personally sign," and stated, "Joe Biden was not involved in the autopen process, and if he claims he was, he will be charged with perjury."

This post comes after the Attorney General Pam Bondi initiated an investigation into Biden's use of an autopen last month, and after Congress released a whistleblower report alleging that his administration attempted a cover-up and that some pardons and executive actions were legally invalid, promising accountability.

Earlier, at a Thanksgiving press conference, President Trump reiterated his intention to deport immigrants who are a burden to the United States, while also criticizing policies resulting from Biden's autopen signatures.

During that press conference, when a reporter asked, "Why are you criticizing the Biden administration?", President Trump shot back, "Are you stupid?", pointing out the Biden administration's extreme incompetence during the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

President Trump pointed out that during the withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Biden administration created laws that unconditionally admitted tens of thousands of refugees into the United States. He explained that by creating laws, there was no way to refuse entry, and people who should not have entered the U.S. did so in the process.

Late that night, President Trump posted a lengthy statement on social media saying, "I will permanently halt immigration from all third-world countries so that the American system can be fully restored, and I will cancel millions of illegal immigration permits granted by the Biden administration," adding, "This includes cases processed by Sleepy Joe Biden's automatic signing machine."
